Got off work and took my son to get shoes for his birthday... got there 6:50 and the doors were locked. There was a white boy there completely ignoring us.right in front of doors and kept telling me they close at 7. A lady came to front and asked why my yelled at them and told me that calling names at the boy was completely unnecessary ... but I am not mad you guys were trying to get off early and closed the drawers but why straight up ignore a customer?!?
Imagine it was your birthday as a 6 year iold and could get a pair of shoes and dad gets off work and rushes to get you a pair of Js...... and they close 10 minutes early because they are slow that night and lazy. Instead of helping a customer you decide to sit on your phone....
It's sad what this place turned into and the whole reason sales are down & why people would rather go somewhere else to buy shoes.
That one kid should be fired! Other people were nice and helpful, just wanted to close early.

Ghetto lol. Dude was singing loud the whole time which isn’t the problem. Employee tried to hit me with “have a nice day lil bro, I mean big bro” I couldn’t do nun but smile because the shirt that I was buyin ON SALE was almost 2 hours of work for little bro 🤣smh yall gotta do better man.

The worst footlocker location, they never have any sizes. It takes forever to checkout. No one assist you when you walk-in.
Online say items are available in store, but those items are not available in store. If they’re available staff do not take the time to check the back.

Good selections, just not my style shoes. However tho I wear a size 13 do I'd have to order mine online anyway. FootLocker is a my go to for shoes!

This is a review of all Foot Locker stores. The low rating is due to their reducing their support for veterans and military members. The discount went from 20% to 10%.
