The girls working made me extremely uncomfortable as they all just stared as I walked in and didn’t greet me, all stood behind counter gossiping. Wanted to try stuff on and needed help finding new fall clothes and I left because of how rude they were.

I'm in the store now and I guess I don't fit their idea of a customer worth addressing. I was looked at by a store associate and ignored. I watched them say hello and offer assistance to others but ....not friendly.

Ordering from website is the worst. Takes over 10 business days to receive anything. Their sizing is all over the place so I don't know whether I'm a small, medium or large. And don't try to exchange. They will not send anything out until they have received return so now you are at about a month before you get the new size. Not worth the trouble.

Was so excited to finally visit this location because I’ve always seen their cute clothes through the windows and couldn’t wait to buy something. Was horribly disappointed because all I could find were items sized from xs-small. No mediums, larges and DEFINITELY not any extra larges. Left feeling really bad about myself honestly.

I went to the Easton location which is right by my house to browse. I stop in here every now and again and usually am never greeted by employees which doesn’t bother me too much until my last visit. I was the only person in there and there were 3 employees chatting amongst themselves. I’m walking around holding items and no one ever offered me a fitting room and one of the employees directly cut me off walking and didn’t say excuse me or anything. I am a very calm and passive person but I truly couldn’t believe it (there was so much open space to walk through) so I placed my things back on the rack and left. Won’t be back to this location

Overpriced and difficult to find something I want to wear there but they have some cool stuff that you won't find in other stores.

I wish I could give zero stars. My boyfriend and I walked in to no greeting, no help and the environment in the store was not very welcoming at all. There were two associates behind the counter, one of which I'd learn is the manager of the store, who were both on their phones and not attentive. Though these things may seem small, as a Black consumer in America, it's important that I am treated as my white counterparts. Unfortunately, the manager and the store's associates are perpetuating racist and discriminatory practices that plague this world today. Shameful.

Adore the accessories from Free People. The boho-chic clothing and other goodies you get at this store can be worn for year's-- bang for your buck!

Store is beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful through the entire process from walking in to checking out.

This location never has anything you want from the site in stock. And don't even think about finding your size unless you're XS. You'd think the managers would know to order mostly mediums and larges since this is COLUMBUS OHIO, but I guess not. The store is pretty but it's always useless to come here to actually buy anything. I'll find one thing on my list but nothing else, so I just wind up ordering everything online to hit the free shipping. Even the most popular items that everyone wants (like the ruby jacket and the dolman quilted knit jacket) are never in stock, and if they are, only 1 color is carried, and only 3 XS and 2 S are left. Nordstrom has become the better place to carry Free People stuff, it's around the corner from Free People, second floor. Check there first, try on what you need, then go to Free People and see if they have it in the color and size you want (they won't).

I wish they had more clothing in the store. They could do less with some fitting rooms for clothing space. Im tall an found there jeans to fit me in length which was awesome. I do like the quality of fabric they use. Doesn't feel cheap which is nice since there pricey. There website has so many more color options. There sizing is weird to get use to but once you tried on a couple items you kinda understand what to order. Associates were helpful the few times I been in for purchases/exchanges/returns

I love Free People, but this visit was a big miss for me. I went in with several online returns, and was trying on some new items to switch out. The line of communication from the associate helping me made it feel like everything I came for was a burden. I had multiple dresses I was willing to exchange for new colors and sizes that they didn't have in-store, and I was met with "We don't have that in-store." Call me crazy, but sister stores like Anthropologie typically bend over backward to exchange and have an online order placed to deliver to your home. Again I was met with an annoyed tone and comment when I asked how my Afterpay credit could be used, her responding "It's already back on your card, you didn't tell me you wanted to use it for your purchase." No, "I'm sorry for the confusion" - just placing the blame back on the customer. There were more associates working that there were customers, so this was extremely disappointing.
