Had pick up order from 8 to 9 am. Received notice at 8:05 am it was ready. Got there at 830 am, waited 10 minutes after notifying them I was there. An associate comes out and says we are getting your order ready now. I said I received notice it was ready. She says it must of been the night crew...your ok and then walks back in store with no so sorry for the confusion or delay. Of course I know I'm ok. Where's the disconnect? Still waiting on my groceries after 20 minutes. Would of been quicker for me to shop.

This is my first time at this store, visiting Columbus from another state. The rain was pouring and my Uber was running late, the guy at the store, short, and stout with red hair and red beard yelled at me because he said he had been working for 15 hours and needs to lock the main door. I stayed Out in the rain waiting for my uber. That really broke my heart because it’s my very first visit to the store, I’m a Whole Foods girl but opted to try something new. It really made me sad because I don’t Like being yelled at and it gave me a not too good impression of the store and Dublin Ohio.

Friendliest staff, and great deals. I stop in almost every morning on my way to work and sometimes pick up dinner, too.

Nice selection of healthy groceries. Fresh produce. I like to go there for the fresh turmeric root and the only place I can get boars head onion jack cheese. I also go use the peanut butter grinder to grind fresh peanut without sugar, salt, or added oil.

Thyme is a great place for items you need now. There is a huge supply of health items and a big variety off vitamins. The staff are family and treat customers like family. There are a huge amount of healthy food items for sale plus fruits, vegetables and meats.
