Excellent service! Patricia at the Upper Arlington location was so helpful and knowledgeable. She did a foot analysis and provided me with detailed explanations on various shoes and inserts. I learned a lot of new information from her. She was so sweet and provided outstanding assistance while also helping to maintain the flow of additional customers coming in, without missing a beat. Would highly recommend this location because of her!

My first time at this store. It was a family referral to go. I have challenging feet and badly need new shoes. I was greeted immediately while holding a number. I was told that the previous number was receiving assistance. This was just fine as it gave me time to browse. Within a minute or two I was attended to. I would have waited longer with no concerns. The attention given to me was beyond excellent. I had intentions of purchasing a particular shoe like the ones that i was wearing but the assistance suggested another model (still in the HOKA brand) with additional support. I felt the difference immediately and was pleased that he took the time to find the perfect shoe for me. There's so much more that I could share but lets just say that I will return for my next pair.

The staff are very nice and friendly and served me immediately. They scanned my feet and did a walk test and picked all of the shoes out for me and even put them on my feet. There were a ton of options and I was able to make a purchase! Prices are also reasonable for what you’re getting.

The only place I can find good shoes for my son. These are not cheap shoes. These are quality brands. The free evaluation and consultation, plus them pulling the shoes that fit his needs is what makes the difference and keeps me coming back. Thank you for making a painful process so much easier!

I am just getting back into running after a couple of year hiatus and FleetFeet gave me a lot of confidence in how to select the right shoe for my foot and stride. I had a nice experience in the store and with all of the dozens of options I feel I found the perfect shoe to support my running journey.

Cameron was an absolute gem. Very friendly, super knowledgeable, heard what I was looking for and was able to accommodate! Tried several different options plus insoles to make sure I had the best fit possible. I’ll be back again for my next pair of shoes!

If you are serious about running from marathons to 5k and require shoes that will get you to the finish line come to Fleet Feet. I have gone there for decades and never been disappointed. Highly recommend the staff and the selection. The best!!!

I love Fleet Feet for my running needs and the UA location always seems to be the one that is stocking whatever I need! Shoes, lighting, clothing, they have my item. It may look modest from the outside, but the inside is spacious, tidy, and laid out nicely. Like all FF locations, the staff are amazing. Kind and knowledgeable and never too in-your-face but super friendly if you need assistance. Plus, have you seen the mural on the West wall? So fun!
