I would highly recommend, without reservation, purchasing fitness equipment from G & G Fitness. Our sales professional, Luke Frollini, was incredible! He was very informative, courteous and not pushy at all. It seemed like his main goals were to make sure that we had a great experience in his store and that we would be confident concerning our purchase. He gave us a great deal on our exercise bike! Overall, this was an excellent experience!

I recently purchased some items from the store in Dublin, OH, and I was impressed by their inventory of equipment on hand. I initially dealt with BJ and I must say BJ tried his best, but I'm not sure on his level of knowledge concerning the equipment and fitness in general (didn't really look the part.) I came back to pick up my items and Luke was there. What a nice guy with a ton of knowledge. He was extremely accommodating and very professional. Nice job today. We came for information and to look at equipment, and Ben was ready to provide both. He told us about the companies history (Rob Gronkowski's family). There is plenty of equipment to look at and test. It was a great experience.

I attempted to purchase a a treadmill direct from the manufacturer for over a month. But they kept putting me off.So, their loss of business was G&G Fitness Equipment's gain. They were able to acquire the equipment I wanted in less than 24 hours. Pick up was not a hassle. Thank you Luke for the great service. And thank you to Ben for great service too!

Rude and arrogant staff. Very difficult ordering and even before covid shipping, delivery, and installation was a nightmare.

Kinda bummed i have to give a 1 star. Not helpful. Not busy. Was hoping to find some equipment but no one approached to assist. Maybe it's COVID,...just not helpful though. Will try again.

I had a treadmill serviced and simply put they did a bad job. The service professional didn’t seem to know what he was doing. This was a commercial grade treadmill that he should have been familiar with.

Was originally planning to purchase an indoor cycle bike from G&G for several reasons (the top 2 being that I was ending my gym membership and I have young kids at home so wanted a quality exercise machine at my house to be able to easily workout when they are napping). I started my research in September and was originally greeted with great customer service from Ben at the store. We discussed a few options and I let him know I'd come back in a couple weeks to make a purchase.Returning today I encountered unfortunately terrible customer service from another employee (unfortunately forgot to write down his name). To list a few examples about the lackluster engagement:- Had to ask him to put on a mask when interacting, and though did put one on, scoffed at the request initially until I stated that the request was because I'm trying to protect my young children- When asking questions about the lifecycle IC6 bike couldnt provide any detail as he didnt know the product- When trying my cycle shoes on and finding out they are not compatible with the IC6 pedals, his response was that I'd have to research and get new pedals or new shoes and didnt offer any assistance- When inquiring about inventory availability indicated that the bike was on backorder, their inventory wouldn't arrive until end of year, and all requested bikes were already spoken for. He didnt indicate when another order would be placed or asked for my contact information or offer to call or email when when inventory would come back inI felt like I had made it clear that i was serious about purchasing a bike today and instead of working with an engaged fitness consultant to achieve my goal, I got the impression from him that he and G&G didnt need or want my business. As a result, I walked away from the store and have taken my business elsewhere.

Costumer service was pretty awful when I first went there. I felt as if my questions were disregarded & I was met with unfriendly responses. I definitely didn't like being there, very unprofessional interaction.
