Joe isn't there anymore. PARR is your way to go. I had to contact corporate in Lexington to get my order right. Took me 10 minutes on the phone. THREE times my order has been wrong now!!

The service is generally slow, and preparing your order often takes a long time. On my recent visit, the lady with short hair checked me in, but there was someone ahead of me who wasn't ready yet. She continued to wait for him while I was ready just for pick up, which didn't make sense. I ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes, and I really mean it—every time I go there, I seem to wait for an unreasonable amount of time.

Don't waste your money! They will not honor their sale prices. I placed an order on 10/17/24. On November 1st they sent an email that it was still being processed. It's been more than 5 weeks so yesterday I asked where my order was. Today they answered that they had cancelled the order back on 11/7 and NEVER told me. They also never issued a refund! What a scam. Advertise a price, get the order, secretly cancel the order, then keep the money 🤬

As a law enforcement officer, it's vital to maintain proper equipment and uniforms. Oftentimes, the unsung heroes are the ones who support what we do. That said, It's always reassuring to know Joe and the team at GALLS are there whenever I need them. Their customer service is consistently 5-Star. Joe always greets me with a warm smile and doesn't rest until I am properly fitted with supplies and uniforms. I feel comfortable knowing that my order is going to be correct, timely, and done with professionalism. A tremendous representation of GALLS mission and vision.

Always friendly but man they are impossible to get ahold of. When they finally did answer, they immediately hung up. They have sent me the wrong shirt twice. After the first time, I took the shirt back and explained that it wasn’t my shirt. They then mailed me the exact same shirt (a men’s shirt).
