Edit: it turns out that the GameStop employees were incorrect and they should have accepted a return under $700. So I wasted my time and gas driving to the GameStop and having to go to FedEx. Plus, the reason the customer service rep said I wasn't getting my full refund was, "I am so sorry this is happening but the thing is that we can not refund you the taxes." The thing is?The store employees are okay, but the reason for me being there is why GameStop as a whole is getting a one-star review. I tried canceling my PS5 order but they said that it was already shipped when I clearly could see from the FedEx website that the package had not been picked up by the carrier yet.Next they told me that I could take the PS5 back to a GameStop and they would return it for my refund. When I drove to a GameStop near me which is a 30-minute round trip I was told they don't take returns over $500.They gave me a 1-800 phone number to call and when I did they emailed me a shipping label but charged me $15 from my return and then another $37.49 for an unknown fee they never explained. If they are still living in a world where they charge a restocking fee then there's no helping this company. Lost a customer and will fight tooth and nail to get my full refund.

This Gamestop is the WORST. The employees are so unhelpful and careless. One of the employees, Liz, did a split payment between me and my boyfriend and messed everything up. I don’t even know why she even insisted we do that because we were purchasing totally different things. It was completely unnecessary. We didn’t even get a receipt for that purchase because apparently the system messed up. She told us to come back if it didn’t work. The payment went through in his bank account but when we returned home, the gift card was totally unusable. We came back to this location and she told us she could not do anything about it. It was her fault that we lost money and the gift card was useless. Even the Gamestop hotline couldn’t do anything about it because there was no receipt printed. I do not recommend this Gamestop at all. This location always smells bad too, like old pizza.

I purchased a $25 that was not activated. When I made the purchase it froze the system and no receipt was printed. It was a Christmas gift for my little brother. I tried to go back in to get it activated but the workers were no help at all. Especially Liz or Lizzy, she is the one who rung me up and told me to bring the card back in if I had any problems. A week later she tells me there is nothing she can do about it and gives me the generic GameStop hotline number. The customer service on the hotline was nice and helpful but ultimately stated they only could deal with online purchases. So I’m out of $25. And my little brother cannot use his gift card. Thanks GameStop!

This is definitely one of my favorite GameStop locations. The staff is friendly and the variety is consistent. There is usually a vast amount of parking space as well. Overall, this is a good location to go to for most items.

Store hours say they opened almost an hour ago. Watched the employees go in almost 30 minutes ago. The lights are on, gate's pulled back... an employee left and locked the door! They won't even answer the phone

Didn’t find smaller capacity SD cards that are required for older gaming devices.

Purchased a new set of headphones, it was discounted. Questioned the employee about return policy once we noticed the box had been opened. The employee said 30 days unopened. My reply the box has already been opened, an fresh tape applied, if we get it home an it’s damaged an bring it immediately back what is your policy? The employee (manager or what ever his position) said unopened 30 days. Once again I questioned him, this box has been resealed, we don’t know the condition, damage or not, if damaged will you take it back? His reply was I know it’s good, I am the one that sealed it back up. My reply is you are quarantining that it is not damaged. His reply is I know it’s not damaged. My reply was then, since you are guaranteeing it’s not damaged you should not have a problem with us bringing it back if when we get home, try it out, an it is damaged us returning it.This employee got mad, very irate, an said I will guarantee it! But I ain’t going through this anymore. Now understand this item was already purchased, before we noticed the tape where it had been resealed. The other folks in the store were shocked at his behavior, as was I when asking a legitimate question about a $150 purchase of an item they had resealed. As I got ready to leave I politely informed the employee that if something is wrong with the item I will be back, an we will continue this discussion.Fortunately the item did work fine, but when we opened the box it looked as it had been gone through. Instructions were wrinkled, definitely questionable on their ethics.Definitely will not use this store again, an if all GameStop have this only unopened policy, will not be using GameStop at all.

Tuesday 7:00 PM to 7:30 pm August 23rd went into GameStop to buy two games for a quick stop, stood in the store for about 30mins. The cashier was chitchatting with the guy at the counter trying to upsell and kept the guy from leaving as he clearly wanted too. We got the games we wanted both brand new and waited in line realized they were still busy and browsed a little more. We stood in line again and was ignored, keep in mind there was only the customer at the cash register and us in the store. Felt like our time was wasted and put the games back, then we left. We usually like the quick service but this time we we're completing ignored, decided to take our business to another store. Wouldn't go to this store for good service. Going to Target instead for better service.
