Glad to know I can't trust this gamestop anymore... when you label the price of something... maybe ring it up as that price, I'm not the one that made the mistake. I get your system might change the price, but honor what you put and don't feed me guff about "we can get fired for honoring prices." How about you get fired for the mislabeled price đ already a greedy organization, but it gets worse and worse. Ever since they lost Neil, this gamestop turned to garbage. The only props I can give is they arranged the store to look nice.

Every time I go in and the soft spoken ethnic girl is working the front I just know Iâm going to have an issue. 3/3 on not being able to get something done when Iâve gone in and sheâs present. At this rate this location should just close and stop advertising theyâre doing PSA.

I spoke to a female associate Saturday night about my submission to PSA and she quickly says âyour cards are at PSAâ without any known facts of what batch and when it was sent out. Either way she mentioned me to call PSA and PSA told me that GameStop submissions should be handled through GameStop customer service. Either way whoever she is should just be let go, just a mess of a know it all who will just end up making angry guests.

Very unprofessional wanted us to wait for everyone before helping us grade our Pokémon cards! The more masculine lady! Go somewhere else for business...

Got a GameStop trade card and was assured by the employee that it would work online on their website to buy PlayStation gift cards.
GameStop hasnât allowed that in more than a year

This location is constantly closed during regular business hours. They lose sales because no one is ever there. Occasionally a sign is posted that the single associate is out for lunch (which for a retailer is kinda nuts), but now, it's just doors locked and gate down when it should be open. As I've been sitting here in the parking lot typing this 4 people have tried to come to the store ?
They should just close it permanently at this point.

Went in to buy the last of us part 2 remastered for ps5 which just released last month and it said it was in stock online. Asked the guy to buy the game and he tells me the game doesn't exist! I show him on my phone the game and he said " well we don't have it here" like how do you work for GameStop and don't know about a new game that was just released literally one month from today and he didn't even try to check. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my gas and drove 25 minuets for nothing! I've been a pro customer for years and was planning to renew but I'm done with GameStop after this!

You probably wouldnt look at me and think... "oh she is a gamer" but guess what? I am. My entire family games actually. I even once had the original Pong... when it was NEW! So believe me, GameStop used to be my go to for supplies, new games, etc.... But over the past few years the brick and mortar stores appeal to me less and less. Sure you can go here and sell your unwanted games, but the value for your trade in is usually minimal unless you immediately beat the game -so minimal we tend to keep them. (I probably have a museum worth of old games. Lol). Its a good place to pick up used games, but you can also get that online... so no need to pop in to the "meh" store. I was at an event next door to this GameStop. Stopped in GS after leaving the event just due to the addictive nature of gaming. The stores seem cramped, and the aesthetics of it is unappealing to me. I wasn't greeted. In fact, I wasn't acknowledged at all. I left. I wasn't impressed. They do have a cute selection of Pokemon plush stuffies... if you're into that, I am not. However I feel I can get my games for a better price online.

I came for Tekken 8, but i also found a used copy of Rachet and Clank Rift Apart for $39.99, but when the cashier scanned it, it rings up $49.99. I point out the difference in price, and he honors it, but the store manager comes by and says, "It's too much of a discount." I reiterate the price shown on the barcode, stating it's not a discount, but the manager stands by his statement, so I told him to put it back. They lost a $40 sale over $10 due to a price tag THEY mislabeled. I won't be returning to this location.
