Absolutely terrible place. They took my copy of Red Dead Redemption 2, didn't give me any money. They then proceeded to break my disk in 40 pieces (yes I counted cuz I'm a good boy) and proceeded to eat every individual piece. I'm suing.

I had the absolute worst experience at GameStop today. One of their stores told me to go to this location to trade in my gaming console, so I made the trip. When I arrived, the employee was incredibly rude to me. Instead of politely explaining that they couldn’t take my trade-in, they basically dismissed me with an attitude and made me feel completely unwelcome. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Do not buy a warranty they no longer honor exchanges for equal or lesser value. They just told me they changed their policy right after I bought a new wired Xbox 1 controller and a PS5 that if anything happened I can only exchange for pre-owned or refurbished. I did not get warranties to get a previously broken then fixed or used item. The Polaris location clerk was of no help and neither was corporate. Their warranties are a joke anymore and will not be purchasing from them again. Will also let me friends and family know not to shop there too!!!

Purchased a Meta Headset online for pickup from this store. When I picked up the headset the manager was insistent that she wrap it up in multiple bags so it “wouldn’t get damaged as I carried it in the mall”.Didn’t find out until I got home that she gave me an opened and used headset.I tried to exchange it the next day, however, the manager stated that she wouldn’t exchange the product because it had been opened—by her!When I called the customer service number, twice, to see what could be done they hung up on me both times.Pretty obvious now why GameStop is a garbage company that is on its last leg.I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I just had the most amazing experience at GameStop Polaris! I purchased a game that did not work out and it had to be returned. Moo and Tyler were super fantastic! They were compassionate, educated, caring and took care of everything for me. I’ve never had such an incredible experience. Will definitely be back! GameStop! They deserve a raise!!!

Not really a good experience to walk in to 3 employees more focused on being on their phones and talking to each other than actually greeting and seeing if people need help.

I usually give great reviews but nobody has answered the phone two days in a row. Was checking to see if you had an Xbox 360 controller. It might be because of faulty phone lines or something just wanted to let you know.
