I've been going there since they opened many years ago I've never had a problem.Kylie was extremely calm and patient with me despite a large order also while dealing with a huge herd of customers every time I've been in there she's keeping busy I think if she hasn't been promoted yet it she should be taken in consideration

So tired of them giving me the wrong Vuse pods, then when I bring it to there attention the following day they ask why I didn't check before I left. Ma'am if it was something I was able to grab for myself then that can be your response but when your cashier has to get them it's on your store not the customer.

Manager lady rude. Can’t use the restroom if they are about to close. Then they lock the door 4 mins early. Maybe she needs a new job. Or an attitude adjustment

Store is always clean and stocked, gas prices always reasonable and the pay advantage is great. Free air for tires and the car wash works good

Kerosene pump is available here! Maybe the only pump within a few miles radius?We use kerosene heater in case of power outage. Peace of mind before winter storm

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. The water literally trickled out and didn’t clean anything. But because I didn’t get a receipt the cashier was not able to give a refund. I’ll never go back. STAY AWAY!!!

It's Tuesday night December 21 2021 at 9:50pm and I needed gas as my low fuel indicator light came on. I go to Giant Eagle on Bethel Hayden Rd and I pull up and every one of the 8 pump screens read "DISPENSER CLOSED"!!! They don't close until 10pm. So now I have to go looking around for another Giant Eagle gas station or go to a competitor. NOT HAPPY! I will never shop at a Giant Eagle store again and I will tell all my family and friends the same!
