This one star review is based off of one employee. His name is Brandon and he's extremely rude and needs to keep is mouth off of the microphone at the drive thru window. It is extremely difficult/impossible to understand anything he is saying and, when you ask him to repeat himself, he acts like you are just ruining his life and being the biggest inconvenience. Aside from him, I would give this pharmacy a 5 star review. Everyone else is great and is eager to help.

I went to Giant Eagle this evening and due to a recent job change, I am uninsured for 60 days. I had an issue with paying for a prescription. Logan P took the time out to help me find other viable alternatives to fill my prescription until I have coverage. I am truly impressed with his knowledge, patience and willingness to help me in a time of need! Thanks Logan!

A good pharmacy with reasonable prices. Being located in Giant Eagle makes it very accessible.

I practically live next door and I still drive to the other side of Gahanna to go to Kroger, even if I just need milk and bread. Or just milk. Or just bread. I avoid this place like the plague. It's dark, disorganized, and constantly out of stock, and their prices are higher. I know someone who works there and she still goes to Kroger instead. I've lost track of how many times I've stood in line long enough for my ice cream to melt while the employees refuse to open more than three registers and let some crazy woman root through her purse digging out coupon after coupon after coupon (which were all expired and couldn't be used). I have an anxiety attack just thinking about going in there. And why does a grocery store need to have a cop at the front door 24/7? It's not even in a bad neighborhood? Oh, and you have to sign up for their special little card to use the self check out, like it's some secret little members only privilege.

Damn you fuelperks. DAMN YOU ALL TO BOB! Don't get me wrong, the staff here is super-nice and try very hard to be helpful, but they are just plain swamped, it seems. Pretty much everything takes forever, from dropping off your prescription, to how much time it takes to get filled, to waiting in a (usually) always-growing line to pick it up. Seriously, the time investment here is not insignificant.
