This is the best and quickest pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing--granted I've been doing so for a little over a decade now. They've always filled prescriptions with a swiftness whenever I've called (i.e.: whenever it's been urgent) and have done just a super job injecting me with various vaccines as requested.
And owing perhaps to the venerable vintage of my custom, at this point nearly the entire staff recognizes me, which helps the experience feel less like the boot of late stage capitalism on my neck and more like a visit with a courteous, professional medical friend! Although that perception probably hasn't been hurt by my having Medicaid...
I only hesitate to praise them publicly because I might inadvertently increase their workload, and I don't think it likely they'll see a commensurate increase in compensation, inadvertent or otherwise--though every one of them deserves as much already.

Usually this pharmacy is good. Today, however, it was not as good as I would have laid. I picked up my medication I feel terrible. Pharmacist asked me if I had any questions and I said yes how do I take this? She said just read the label, no kidding! Giant eagle only get three stars today .

Went with my family to get our flu shots tonight. Arrived at 7pm, waited in line behind 2 people, and it was 7:05pm when we got to the counter. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist explained to us that they stop accepting flu shot visits at 7pm (even though they're open til 8pm), and that we'll have to come back again tomorrow.Nowhere on their website does it say that they stop giving shots 1 hour prior to closing.Also irritating that one of the people in front of us in line got to check in prior to the 7pm cut off and was seated in the waiting area waiting to get her shot.We will definitely go somewhere else for our vaccine needs going forward.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!
I have had issues with almost every curbside order I've placed at this location. I've tried to order from other Giant Eagles but the website only allows me to use this one for delivery. I use delivery because I work alot and don't currently have a working vehicle.
So, I ended up calling the corporate customer service line this time to cancel the order and get a refund after waiting 3 hours past my scheduled window for the delivery. When the CSA called the store to cancel the order they tried to tell them that the groceries were on their way. Now that's really strange because I had called the store first maybe 15-20 minutes before to get an ETA on the groceries and was told that for the last 30-60min they'd been unable to contact the delivery service they go through and that when they heard something they'd call me back. No one had called in the time it took me to call the customer service line and schedule a call back.
The order got cancelled and maybe 20 minutes after that we get a knock on our door and it's some guy delivering some groceries to us. I say "some groceries" because it was a few things I had ordered but stuff they originally told me they didn't have enough of they gave me, and I was missing stuff that I was supposed to receive . So, yea, I will not be using curbside in any capacity with Giant Eagle at all ever again.

I use Good Rx to control my prescription costs. If you are not, check it out!! Anyway G.E. refuses to even come close to their price. Which means Kroger, Walmart, Costco are all cheaper. Nor I went from $105 to $40 but it should have been closer to $27. Dont be sucked in to their "low" prices on Good Rx. They are not that good.

Always on top of things, friendly, and fill prescriptions quickly. Highly recommend using this location as opposed to other Giant Eagle Pharmacies.

Don't use this pharmacy if you have severe medical or mental health issues and also use medicaid. The entitled techs are all from Dublin and UA and seemed very judgemental, vindictive and in general ignored me when i needed help. I was hospitalized and couldnt get my meds as early as I thought so this big girl tech named Heather told me they put them back despite already been paid for. The next day they were available. Don't go here if you are vulnerable and really sick.

My wife received a phone call from Marla who said our son needed to complete an omline portion for his medication. My wife explained that he has been on this medication for a few months and that he already completed the online portion. Marla says that he did not and cites that federal and state law requires him to fill out his portion online. Again my wife explains it has been done amd to call the doctor's office to which Marla replies she did not like my wife's tone and hung up. My wife calls back to speak to Marla and has been on hold for ober 30 minutes! Then the doctor's office calls to let us kniw the pharmacy called twice while my wife has been on hold!

stopped in for gift cards...we are from out of town...had to check out the floral dept...wonderful mgr Teresa's...Talked for a few minutes,plus helped with eating destinations...was very clean...cashier was just as friendly...
