Usually this pharmacy is good. Today, however, it was not as good as I would have laid. I picked up my medication I feel terrible. Pharmacist asked me if I had any questions and I said yes how do I take this? She said just read the label, no kidding! Giant eagle only get three stars today .

Went with my family to get our flu shots tonight. Arrived at 7pm, waited in line behind 2 people, and it was 7:05pm when we got to the counter. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist explained to us that they stop accepting flu shot visits at 7pm (even though they're open til 8pm), and that we'll have to come back again tomorrow.Nowhere on their website does it say that they stop giving shots 1 hour prior to closing. Also irritating that one of the people in front of us in line got to check in prior to the 7pm cut off and was seated in the waiting area waiting to get her shot.We will definitely go somewhere else for our vaccine needs going forward.

I have to say I don't typically shop here, but I got some very dis tastful zucchini last week from Walmart, and so I wanted to see what I could find here. The floors were clean and isles easy to navigate. I was blown away first their produce is amazing, size, color, flavor, and so good. The customer service was amazing, and it was so easy to find what I was looking for . The best part was that the prices were fantastic, which I didn't think they would be. I will 100% be shopping here more often. If this review helped you at all, please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world.

I remember shopping at this location when it was a regular Giant Eagle store, but renovations and remodeling converted into one of their Market District stores and they call it the Market District Upper Arlington despite having another Market District store at Kingsdale Shopping Center in Upper Arlington. I will be going back to this Market District in Upper Arlington, but close to Dublin and they have their own Market District too.

I have been a loyal customer of Giant Eagle since opening stores in Central Ohio 20 years ago. The location at the intersection of Bethel Rd and Sawmill Rd (Upper Arlington Store) has been my preferred grocery store location for two decades until recent months. The thing that has turned me off the most about all Giant Eagle locations is the idiotic decision made by corporate to have two different loyalty programs that customers must choose between. I continue to be a FuelPerks member and therefore I am denied the sale prices that only MyPerks members get. The same loyalty card is scanned regardless which loyalty program you select, but my loyalty obviously doesn't mean a thing to Giant Eagle. One of my included photos shows that MyPerks members get blackberries for $4.99, but FuelPerks members have to pay $5.99. Numerous items I was looking for today were a dollar or more less than what I would have to pay, so I did the only logical thing that came to mind. I left my cart of items sitting in the aisle, walked to my car, and drove to Kroger. Screwing loyal customers, like me, is not a wise move - especially in this economy. The prices at Giant Eagle are higher than every grocery I have frequented except Whole Foods. This GE location is under MAJOR renovation, everything has moved within the store, so it is difficult to find things. When you do find what you are looking for, pay very close attention to the shelf tag too because I encountered numerous items stocked in the wrong spot and the shelf sticker doesn't match. My photo of Tostitos is a good example. The Tostitos Scoops in the photo are NOT part of the promotion shown on the shelf tag. The shelf tag is for Tostitos Restaurant Style, so I'm sure many customers have encountered that Scoops are $5.59 per bag no matter how many you purchase. To top it off, Giant Eagle locations are converting to predominantly self-checkouts. That fine for 1 or 2 items, but not for large orders.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!
I have had issues with almost every curbside order I've placed at this location. I've tried to order from other Giant Eagles but the website only allows me to use this one for delivery. I use delivery because I work alot and don't currently have a working vehicle.
So, I ended up calling the corporate customer service line this time to cancel the order and get a refund after waiting 3 hours past my scheduled window for the delivery. When the CSA called the store to cancel the order they tried to tell them that the groceries were on their way. Now that's really strange because I had called the store first maybe 15-20 minutes before to get an ETA on the groceries and was told that for the last 30-60min they'd been unable to contact the delivery service they go through and that when they heard something they'd call me back. No one had called in the time it took me to call the customer service line and schedule a call back.
The order got cancelled and maybe 20 minutes after that we get a knock on our door and it's some guy delivering some groceries to us. I say "some groceries" because it was a few things I had ordered but stuff they originally told me they didn't have enough of they gave me, and I was missing stuff that I was supposed to receive . So, yea, I will not be using curbside in any capacity with Giant Eagle at all ever again.

I would give them a negative star if I could. Scheduled for my child to receive COVID vaccine. After her 1st dose she broke out in an anxiety rash. I know it was anxiety because it went away as soon as she calmed down. The pharmacist directed me to call her pediatrician to ensure it would be OK for her to still receive her 2nd dose there. Talked to her pediatrician, and he said it would be fine because she didn't have any breathing problems and it was likely anxiety. Called the pharmacy to confirm her pediatrician was fine with her getting her 2nd dose from the pharmacy. Arrived at pharmacy for the appt and was told they couldn't give it because she had an allergic reaction. Nobody told me that. They made it even worse by saying she could have an even worse reaction from the 2nd dose in front of her. I don't know if they were trying to make me feel like a bad parent, but if my doctor says it's OK, it's OK. Called my pediatrician who offered to speak with the pharmacist himself, and they still refused. No available appts anywhere, so now we have to wait another week for the second dose. I am beyond angry about the lack of communication. I could've made an appt elsewhere had I known they were going to do this. Below is proof of a text confirming the appt so again no communication they weren't going to give it. Why would they be OK with giving them at all if they are so concerned about allergic reactions. It was obvious there was no protocol of what to do should it happen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Full basket at the Columbus Sawmill location, no cashiers to be seen. If I wanted to run checkout and bag groceries I would have gone to Walmart! Where I could have at least saved a little on the bill.

Stopped at this location quickly while in the area to pick up some snacks and light bites- this store was spacious with wide aisles which made for a seamless browsing experience. It seemed clean and lots of items were in stock. Perfect for a quick in-and-out trip! Plenty of parking spaces. Self checkout was very efficient as well.

Store is fine the pharmacy is a joke. They refused to fill my antibiotic prescription because they researched it and claimed its not used to treat Hidrinitus infection. Guess I'm going to end up with sepsis thanks for going out of your way to cause further problems.

I use Good Rx to control my prescription costs. If you are not, check it out!! Anyway G.E. refuses to even come close to their price. Which means Kroger, Walmart, Costco are all cheaper. Nor I went from $105 to $40 but it should have been closer to $27. Dont be sucked in to their "low" prices on Good Rx. They are not that good.

If I wanted to scan and bag my own groceries (over $100) I would have gone to Aldi. You can do better!

THATS AWFUL. I saw they had hand sanitizer and colorex wipe in their website but I couldn't order below 35 dollars. I needed the hand sanitizer Then I had to buy something that I didn't need them. When I picked them up they just delivered something I didn't need (no hand sanitizer).I don't undrestand if they don't have hand sanitizer and colorex wipe why they put them in their website. Its fraud. I know they don't care what customers think about them.
