I get my dogs prescriptions filled there every month. When I come in, they immediately know who I am without me having to give my name and have his medicine ready to go! Everyone there is very friendly and efficient!!

My review echoes all the others, so it may be preaching to the choir. Nevertheless, I want to repeat that compared to any other pharmacy I've been to in recent years, this one is the best.The pharmacist will always work with you when there's miscommunication with the doctor. That's more than I can say about the doctor! Friendly, professional. My insurance provider encourages me to switch to mail order. No way! I look forward to going to this place where they actually greet you by name. Honest.Thanks, Giant Eagle.

This little pharmacy is a gem--a bright and clean store with ample parking and a full staff of pharmacists!! They greet you with a smile and fill your prescription fast. Wonderful!

i love this pharmacy!! i go there all the time, not for medication. just for snacks. but it is great and very close to my house. i wish they had a bathroom available, but that does not affect my rating. i have never had a bad experience with a worker, and they always let me pay in change when i have no dollars. 10/10 will forever go too ??

Giant Eagle takes care of its customers. So grateful this location exists since their Whittier location closed. Friendly employees and a good mini-mart for go to items you may have forgotten at the grocery store.

I've been using Giant Eagle Pharmacy for at least 12 years. I've always had wonderful experiences, never a rude encounter. I even started to feel like family because they began to recognize me and call me by name.I must admit that I was very disappointed when they had to move to 4th street when the store on Whittier closed.However, today I had a most unique experience with my pharmacy. Due to a leg injury I was able to go in to pick up my needed medication. So I called to see if by chance they offered curbside.To my amazement they said they would do it for me. Even though it is Friday after 5pm (a very busy time) they accommodated me and bought my meds to my car. I cannot thank them enough for offering such amazing customer service.What made all of this even more incredible to me is that the pharmacist was the one who bought them to my car.That kind of kindness, humility and compassion will help keep me as a faithful customer of my favorite Pharmancy, Giant Eagle on 4th, Columbus, Ohio.Thank you again Giant Eagle Pharmancy team, I’ll be back!Sincerely,D’Eborah Chapman
