the texts that ask if you want to refill meds never work if you have more than one med at a time. calling the support line gets you a series of bots that talk at you for 2 minutes before hanging up and promising to call back. the call back was 2 rings and then a hang up and the only option is to get in the back of the line again. only useable if you can go in person every time you need to talk to anyone about anything. extremely frustrating, not the employees' fault. pharmacy employees at this location are professional, kind, and competent.

Pharmacy closes midday and when open has big lines at drive thru. Bathrooms don’t have soap or toilet paper, bad for a grocery store. Forces self checkout and requires an app or you have to go to customer service to get a key fob to shop. App updates log you out and signal is bad in store meaning you block the line while trying to checkout. Very frustrating experience.

Store closes before its posted time. No cashiers, self checkout but not all self checkouts are open. They don't restock popular items and force you to try other flavors and brands.
The store is a giant experiment to see what a corporation can get away with. I think i have had enough

I asked & They won't allow bringing of own glass dish for Rotisserie Chicken.
I was told they have to package their way.
In concerns of food packaged in plastic while Hot, being served per chicken, it shouldn't matter that customers bring their own glass container that can be sealed, in concerns of health issues of hot food served in plastic while hot to protect our health.
This Sign hasn't been replaced for month(s), as of 11-7-24. I noticed another sign hasn't been replaced for our safety, for our children.
This location had the most outdated hand blower in the men's restroom, all it does is blow out air wasting electricity.
They should update with an Accelerator like Speedways or Dyson.
