I visited your store today . I am a handicap person . My cart was full and I was helped by Julie K. ringing up order and bagging it. So I waited a few seconds to load my cart. with my stuff still on the counter she goes to the next person. I said are you not loading my cart. She said No. I have to do that and continued on with the customer behind me. To me this was POOR service. Now I known I am not the only person handicap. I think a new trainers course is need in the worst way,

Rotisserie Chicken is closer to a capon very small.

Drive-thru pharmacy lets people sit at the window for up to 30 minutes constantly ??
Pot pies do not have as much chicken in them as they used to ??
And I agree most of the officers at the door are not very helpful and they're not very nice most of them are messing around on their phones or shooting the bull with somebody
And again Giant Eagle is the most expensive grocery store in Columbus I hate they ran big bear out of business

went by last night at 10:30 and they were closed.They said their hours are from 6Am to 11PM.SO they lied about the store hours.To few people working and very high prices. I went by today Thursday the 8th at 2 PM and the pharmacy was closed. At 2PM I have meds I need and how can I get them since they are closed in the afternoon. So much for customer service. I have to change places that are open when they say they are. If it is a staffing problem. Maybe the top needs to cut their pay to keep their staff up to date. They keep it under staffed on purpose. They expect everyone to use self checkout. I'm sorry I don't work there and I am not going to use a self checkout. Give me 20% off and I might .

Welp, really used to like this small Giant Eagle, but after last Sunday, not so much. First, I had trouble finding a cart, no carts. I bought lunch meat 2 pack that was on sale for $7.99 as the sticker said, but rang up as $9.99, not the first time prices didnt match the sale sticker. I put my items in their cheap paper bags that ripped, as they always do... then came home to find that the potato bread I bought to eat with my $9.99 lunch meat had mold in it... so that's it guys, I'm done. (PS, Pharmacy is great!!)

I didn’t really come to the giant eagle store to shop, but unfortunately customer service rubbed me the wrong way. I only came there to split a $100 bill, but the older lady working at the counter is not very professional at handling my request. Either do it and treat your customers professionally or don’t do it if you don’t feel like doing it. I can always go somewhere else to split my bills. And no, being Asian is not an excuse to give me a bit of an attitude. Grocery shopping wise, I may go there to shop, but I’m never dealing with their customer support team ever again!
