The workers are so rude. I want to support this goodwill because I can find nice items here.
But they genuinely make me feel bad for being there. I've been yelled at multiple times for not helping bag items, then when I tried to help told im not allowed and to stop.
Have gotten eye rolls everytime I check out
Bags ripped and told I'd be fine there's a line figure it out.
Yelled at because I missed 1 color tag when I told them I didn't think I had any ( it blended in with the color of the shirt )
I won't be going back due to the stress and anxiety I get at checkout every single time

There is a fat dwarf girl who doesn't let her touch anything đ§but there is a Chinese guy who does let him take things. He looks at everyone very badly but he is very kind to him

Columbus Goodwill is getting greedier and greedier!! They raise the prices every year, when everything was DONATED. This plastic truck priced for $6! Nuts! Pretty soon theyâre going to $10 for a t shirt or a kids toy! Sigh..

Iâve shopped here for years, and itâs never been a great location for a variety of reasons, but after today Iâve decided that I need to leave this review. Generally, employees at this location havenât been the nicest, or most respectful, but Iâve learned to look past it, because letâs face it, Iâm just there to shop. Today, there was an employee putting items out, using a cart with the products left to be merchandised. I reached for the cart to look at something, and had forgotten that this location is very militant about customers looking at items on the cart before theyâre actually set out on the shelves. Iâve never fully understood this policy, but regardless, today I just forgot. The employee literal swatted my hand away and very sternly commanded me to âWAIT.â Is this policy more important than treating people, let alone CUSTOMERS with respect and decency? On top of this, I also took the attached photos of a puddle of urine they left on the floor last weekend for at least the 30 minutes while I was there shopping. I assume this was a consequence of the bathrooms being closed, as they always seem to be here. SHOPPER BEWARE.

My family and I visited a Goodwill store for the first time today, hoping to have a positive experience. We chose this Goodwill for our first experience , While we didnât find anything interesting, my 11-year-old sister picked out two candies and we gave her cash to pay for them on her own. She got in line at the register, where only one cashier was working. There was a woman ahead of my sister who apparently forgot her phone in the car and stepped away to retrieve it, but my sister wasnât aware of that.
As my sister stood at the register, the cashier didnât say anything to her, just continued waiting for the other customer to return. Meanwhile, another cashier opened up at a different register and began assisting a customer who had only just approached the line.
Noticing this from outside the line, I approached and asked why that customer was being served before my sister. The cashier then explained that he was still in the middle of checking out the woman who had gone to get her phone. I pointed out that he should have communicated this to my sister and directed her to the other cashier, but instead, he just stood there doing nothing.
When the woman returned, unaware of the situation, she asked the cashier what had happened. He inaccurately told her that I had said he should have checked out my sister, despite waiting for her to return with her phoneâcompletely misrepresenting what I had said.
Itâs unreasonable for the cashier to claim that it isnât his job to inform a waiting customer that they could go to another register to be served. It was absolutely his responsibility to guide my sister, especially given that she was a young customer standing patiently in front of him.

Fine place, but nothing great. Location in big city probably doesnât help. Cart was emptied and restocked after leaving it for only a few minutes. Friendly staff though

Probably the best thrift store in the area, they always have nice stuff because of all the students nearby. This is one of the better Goodwills for housewares, clothes, blankets, etc. and sometimes furniture bc a lot of students are in the area and leave clothes that aren't lame. I always go in for sneakers to clean up and make better.

It seems this location is using fake accounts to repost positive reviews.

We went to have a mat cut for an odd sized piece of art. The frame had been bought second hand at a thrift store and so we brought both pieces in for the mat to be measured and cut. We received incredible service and the staff was all incredibly friendly. The job was done well and quickly. I can not recommend them enough!

Victor was a great help introducing me to the store. Finding everything that I was looking for. The store is well sorted. Without him I probably wouldnât have found the items I was looking for due to limited time shopping.
