This store is the worst I have ever been in ! The shoes is a Scavenger hunt and good luck finding a “pair of shoes” I can’t believe they are ok with this store looking the way it does !

This afternoon 9/7/23, encountered a very rude African American female worker stationed in the donations area. Instead of greeting me like a human being, she came out and snatched my belongings that I was putting in the cart, while yelling, “wait, wait, wait, don’t come over here messing up my stuff.” As if she were at home. Imagine coming there to donate items and being met with an offensive attitude like this. But I informed her of her horrible demeanor. She just yelled in rebuttal for me have a nice day. What a joke. Clearly lacking any supervision and monitoring there to get away with behaving like this to a customer. Arrogant, entitled worker with in need of a new profession.

I just went there to drop some clothes when i enter the room i said Hi the person didn’t answer she only say you can drop it over there with a hard tone.Poor customer service.

This Goodwill is in an odd spot in a plaza that's half empty with out of business retail spaces. The sign for the store is not very visible if you're coming from the opposite side of the street. More visible is the amount of parked cars in the lot, where the other side is empty. More peculiar is just in back of this Goodwill is a large Target in the next lot. If you can't find this Goodwill, find the Target as its in the same square lot. When you walk into this Goodwill, you walk straight into the checkout area, where the friendly cashiers greet. They are young and upbeat. And so is the music that's playing which is better than the standard fare. This is a contrast to how tired some of the store looks. Maybe the sizes and types of clothing aren't the best laid out. Despite the layout of the store also not being the best, with somewhat narrow rows, and carts that are too large for the space, there is good amenities at this Goodwill. There's enough carts right as you walk in (they have this tall antenna for security purposes). There's an easily accessible bathroom solidly in view. There's even a working water fountain. And three spacious fitting rooms with nice mirrors. Let down again by the lack of hanging space or a return rack, or a place to keep your cart out of the way. All contributing to an unsightly pile of return clothes. Overall the selection was just ok, with some neat finds. I did come at the end of the week when most was probably picked over though. I might not go out of my way to visit this Goodwill again, but I wouldn't mind returning, as despite the disarray there was a friendly vibe and Target is just behind.

We asked this Goodwill to test an item for us, and they refused to do it but said we can return in 48 hours if it didn't work, guess what it didn't work.We went back in 24 hours and was told we could not return, we had to exchange which was not discussed 24 hours prior.Absolutely horrible service!

Went to make a donation today. I had one small box of household items and 3 large bags of gently used clothing. When I arrived at the Town and Country location donation door no one came out. I begin sitting the box inside the door and was told by the worker that I needed to pick it up and put it in the bin. She then looked at my car and saw the large bags of clothing and said "you're donating all that?" I responded yes and she said "I am not accepting large orders today." Are you kidding me? A donation place turning down donations?? Goodwill clearly does not need donations so I will go a couple blocks further to VOA, where the staff is friendly and accommodating. I called and spoke with the store manager who apologized and said this was not protocol. I have also called Goodwill cooperate office. Goodwill please teach your employees that they should not turn down donations when donations are your business!

Most Of The Staff Is Awesome! Store is always clean and organized and Prices are great! The Only Problem is If You Are 10 cent Or A quarter short They Will Not Give You A Break However, I'm Always rounding off My Total to Support And I Can't get Not One Break when it's no price or 10 cent short. Some states will Charge a different price for the same thing..
