Very disappointed! We arrived 20 mins before 1pm (their lunch time as the person pointed out in anger) and the person who came out with a cart for our donation was incredibly rude and hateful. I know that help is hard to come by these days, but you would be better to close this drop off location than to have an employee of this nature. I will continue to support Goodwill of Columbus, since my sister is a recipient of one of the training programs; but I will be finding a different drop off location in the future!

Goodwill excellent clothes and accessories at a good price, the stores are very clean, but because of the covid19 they closed the public bathrooms it is uncomfortable, I think that if the store is already open to the public the bathrooms should be open too

Canal Winchester is nice, people are friendly and store is clean. I think some of their sales policy's based around their glass showcase is a tad rediculous. they refused to sell 1 hat because they wanted to sell it as part of a lot. but I shouldn't think you'd have to pay 200$ for a lot of stuff when you want maybe 1 or 2 things you'd have wanted otherwise. I frequent Lancaster Ohio goodwill and they will do everything to make a customer happy and make a sale, think I'll continue to go there

Been here twice to drop things off. The first time nobody seemed to want to help unload and they broke things. The second time they weren't open during posted hours.
