I fully understand businesses need to up charge things to make money however their rates were absurd.
A cabin filter change - part $12 with labor of $111…. There is no reason for this!
This is legitimately a 3 minute installation. Typically repair shops labor is around $60 an hour and you want to charge that much for a filter change!? It’s really unbelievable. Nearly the same thing for an engine filter that labor was almost $100 and this is not an intense thing whatsoever. Additionally online shows the “good” oil change covers synthetic blend oil for $24.99 but then when I arrived they were saying at first the “good” level doesn’t include that type and I would have to upgrade. After showing this they did give this to me but it really seemed that they were trying to pull some shady things to make more money.
It is disheartening that these car shops do this and that rates aren’t more fair.
I would urge you to call around to places to get pricing ahead of time or this place will 100% take advantage of you.

This is the only Goodyear location where I’ve felt unwelcome as soon as I walk through the door. The gentlemen at the second desk was very unpleasant and snickered at me when I asked if he had an appointment available for an oil change. He talked to me like I was a child. I’m not sure why I even tried to go back, as I’ve had this experience previously. Will never return to Goodyear in general. If you’re looking for an auto service company that treats you with respect, go across the street to Firestone.

I cannot share enough how grateful I am to Marilyn and her crew at Good Year. They got me in at the end of a long day, stayed late and helped me with my tire AND were quick and had great customer service, can’t thank you guys enough!

Be aware they sell you services/repair that you do not need. Brought my car because I had a flat tire. They convinced me that I needed to replace all 4 tires + that I needed to fix my brakes. My tires were in a very good condition. I am more than 100% sure that my breaks worked perfectly as well. I ended up paying $1,300 to patch my flat tire. My tires did not need replacement. They were good and could last for 4 more years because I do not drve much. I had no issues with breaks either. Goodyear takes advantage of hardworking people and keeps great selling personnel to convince you to repair half of your car to make money on you. I would not use their service and stay away from being reaped off.

Was in town for work during the Arnold Sports Festival, blew a tire on my way into town. Marilyn was great to work with. Ended up needing a new tire and she referred me across the street because they didn't carry the brand of tire I needed. High class customer service.

Marilyn was extremely patient, helpful, and kind throughout my experience with Goodyear. I unexpectedly got a flat tire and she and the team at Goodyear were really amazing. If you are having car troubles I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience today at the Goodyear location downtown Cbus on Spring St. Great people, even put the wheel lock back on after repairing my tire! ( 1st time for that attention to detail)They met the time frame @ a very reasonable price.I’ll definitely go back!

Assistant Service Manager Rod Barrett went above and beyond for me and my wife this week, and I wish I could articulate how much I appreciate it.We were almost exactly halfway into a 13 hour roadtrip when, 20 miles outside of Columbus, we ran over a tire in the middle of I-70. Our little Prius C took it hard, and after pulling over, I attempted to assess the damage. Large pieces of the car were missing or hanging off the underside, and it seemed pretty bad, but I’m not particularly adept when it comes to cars. I looked up auto shops in Columbus and Goodyear was one of the best/closest options, so I called. Rod said his technicians were off for the holiday, but he would personally look my car over if we could get it there. We took it slow and pulled in, and Rod immediately dropped everything and got down on the pavement to get a close look. He helped remove some of the pieces that were hanging off and dragging along the ground, and told me that best he could tell, the car’s vital parts amazingly seemed to be intact. He said he couldn’t tell me it was safe to drive, but he advised me to use my best discretion and if I chose to continue with my roadtrip, to proceed with caution. I desperately wanted to get to my destination by that night, and to have someone who knows cars look over my situation and give me their take was invaluable. What’s even more incredible was when I tried to give him some cash for his time and labor, he repeatedly refused, saying he couldn’t accept anything, that it was just “the right thing to do.” I was blown away.My thoughts of Rod and how he helped me out of the goodness of his heart stayed with me long after I safely arrived home that night. What if we all treated people with such kindness and generosity in our daily interactions? I don’t know about you, but Rod inspired me to be alert for my next chance to be a Rod Barrett for someone else.Thank you Rod and thank you Good Year! I can’t thank you enough for helping me get to my destination safely and on time.

I had a kitten under my engine block that had been in there for days after multiple failed attempts to get it out. Goodyear on Spring St helped get the kitten out within a few hours and had the car ready for me same day. And one of the technicians even adopted the kitten after it was rescued. Great experience and service!

visited the High-street north location today and the front desk crew were very inviting and knowledgeable! Ben the lead technician went out of his to not only greet me in passing but also informatively answered questions about their services and options when choosing Good year . The coffee was great too! Thanks guys for an excellent experience!
