I had a nail in my tire and with a recommendation, made an online appt. for this location (closest to home). Mike the service mgr, called right away to advise he was short an associate and asked if I could bring it in the next day after my intended appt. I agreed. He said I could drop it off in the morning. I dropped it off and received a call later that day that he recommended I replace that tire vs. repairing because of the location of the nail. I was warned by someone else it was not repairable so this was not a surprise. I okayed the purchase and installation of 2 new front tires. I went ahead and applied online for a Goodyear credit card. I was approved, but advised they do not give out the card # online or by phone. When I went to pick up my car (same day), I told Mike and he said he could still process my payment without the new card and he did. He also said a pop-on piece of my hub cap was broken and he would order a new one. He called 2 days later and said I could stop in anytime. I did so, after a few days, and Mike had the part ready and popped it on within seconds. I appreciate the good service I received and will definitely continue to use this shop for future needs.

I've been using this location for close to 20 years, Jeff and his team always take excellent care of my maintenance and service needs. They have even provided guidance and advice when I needed to seek service via the dealer for warranty and dealer-only repairs. They have cared for three of my trucks, including two full-size 4x4s and have done major repair work on the vehicles. My prior truck, when the bumper was rusting, they even procured a new bumper for me, thus avoiding the need to go to the more expensive dealership! Scheduling is easy and they are always there in a pinch to keep me on the road. I had a couple incidents with two trucks where a battery connection went bad and they ran out to my truck in the parking lot and took care of quick replacement or tightening of small parts/nuts to get me back on the road in a flash. You couldn't find a better Goodyear if you tried, they care to make sure you are satisfied and are quick to correct any concerns without further charge if something isn't 100% after they have repaired. I trust them!

Take your vehicle else where they are NOT a trustful shop! They will mess your car up, go elsewhere!

Do not take your vehicle here. They will lie and mess up your vehicle. The manager Jeff is no help and will try ti over charge you.

BEWARE not a good place to take your vehicle and not Trustworthy! I took my car there 1-13-24 at 0830 to get a oil change and new wiper blades I had just drove back to town from South Carolina they serviced my Toyota did an inspection on the vehicle and said that the tire rod was a lil loose on the right and that there was a small power steering leak not bad for a 2008 but it wasn’t serious nothing to worry about breaking soon and everything else looked good ! I got my car back and drove home and went to the grocery store I didn’t even put 10 miles on my vehicle after it got serviced got to a red light and my car lost power to the motor Saturday evening I had to call a tow truck to get car sent back to them . Monday came and I called and said hey was going on with my car why is it in limp mode he said that the Master Tech would be in Tuesday so I have to wait to he comes to look at my car .Tuesday came and I called the Manager Jeff Answered the phone saying extremely fast that the car needed spark plugs valve cover seals were bad the catalytic converters were clogged and it needed 02 sensors now prior to this service I had the oil changed and and a diagnostic done there they told me that I needed to take it to Toyota because they couldn’t determine what converter it was and I shouldn’t worry about it cause the car runs extremely well ! I told Jeff I had the tune up done on the car and all that was replaced with spark plugs and gaskets and I have receipts for it something wasn’t right I had the car towed again to a different shop ! The mechanic at the other shop asked what all I had done at Good year I said a oil change and wiper blades and a inspection on car he sai well I know why the car is not holding power when they checked air filter they ripped hose that connects it and did not replace it and it fell off stopping the air flow he fixed my car car runs fine ! Everything Jeff said was a lie if I had replaced all those things on my car the car still would of not been running correctly from there mistake. There out to get your money and not truthful I very upset with GOODYEAR I can’t believe they actually have people like that working there I will never return . If you get your car serviced please watch them or have them do a recording like the dealerships do . And be knowledgeable of your vehicle a simple mistake and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars to fix my car . If all that was wrong with my car why did you not tell me that Saturday in the inspection. There out to get your money and Jeff will lie to cover up there mistake don’t trust them and becareful if u go go else where if you can that’s a horrible place to go .

Experienced great service here. A technician made an error with one of my tires and the manager responded in a very customer-forward manner, they solved the problem entirely and probably earned a customer for life.

I went into Good Year in Clintonville as I had a nail hole in one of my tires. There was a mistake made and the integrity of my tire was compromised. The manager was incredibly customer-focused and took care of everything, They not only resolved the problem completely, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I have to say, this kind of experience really makes me want to be a loyal customer for life. THANK YOU!!

My vehicle was towed in late due to a flat and there were several people ahead of me so it looked like I was not going to be able to have service that evening. I expressed to the manager that I needed my vehicle that evening to complete some route stops. He was not able to guarantee me anything but in the end was able to find a staff member to stay late and complete the work for me.

Now that’s service!!!Without hesitation, Jeff assisted us with a request that he easily could’ve said, “sorry, I can’t help” but he didn’t. He walked out with us and helped us solve our problem. We just needed the right tools and Jeff had them!!!! These guys are the best neighbors and a great neighbor service center. THANK YOU!!!!!!
