I’ve recently had several projects requiring parts on short notice, and my experience with Joe at the Will Call desk and Elijah in Sales has been exceptional. Both have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and dedication have been a tremendous help. Only worked there for a year in the warehouse. Office people treated us like dirt. I was laid off due to my age as I am a senior citizen. They do not like older workers. I had to sign a statement that I would not sue them over discrimination in order to get my severance pay. The Branch Manager did not like Senior Citizens or me on account of my age, And criticized my manager for hiring me. Not an even a thank you, Good luck or a handshake.

Would not sell me a part that is desperately need to power up two trailers after severe storm damage. They require an account to sell you there products.. They couldn't help me for 48 hours due to the lack of an account. As a licensed electrical contractor this is ridiculous.. I will be sure to inform any and all people to not use this supplier. What a complete joke. Hope we can get the part before this heat wave. Thanks for nothing graybar.

Ready to spend several hundred dollars with them. Been dealing with off and on for over 20 years. Asked for products to be setup for Will Call on Thursday morning. Was told they could not place the order without a CC on file. Claimed they weren't going to charge anything to it, however they HAD to have a CC on file since they had to bring products in from Youngstown. They salesman would not do anything to except state the "Policy". Canceled the order will get my parts somewhere else now. Guess they also won't want the several hundred dollars in fiber optic cable and parts that I will be ordering. Because of their "Policy".
