Stacy gently suggested that I get a few layers in my hair rather than a blunt cut. She explained that it would give my hair a fuller look, more volume. I told her to go for it. Moral of the story: listen to your hair stylist's advice. I love my hair cut!!
Stacy also gave me some tips on coloring my hair at home, which also were very useful & helpful. Did I mention the senior discount? Win-win!

The garbage shop, I asked her to cut a layered hairstyle. She shaved it all with a model of haircut knife. Please don’t come to this branch. I also hope that the manager of this shop will train the skills and skills of some employees in the shop.

Been here a few times. Most experiences have been positive. But my recent trip, one female worker was holding the door open, to which I thanked her as I walked in and she immediately loudly commented on my appearance to the rest of the shop. No greeting whatsoever. This came off as very rude and highly unprofessional. I highly reccommend coaching to the employees. She did not cut my hair and fortunate the ones who have at this location have been very nice but this experience was not pleasant due to that encounter. Please, do better with greeting your customers...

All the employees here are racist against White People! Awful experience. Broke their own policy and refused to fix my hair when I returned for a fix up after they screwed my hair up. Stay far away from this location if you are a straight White Male.

I visited the Great Clips at Graceland Shopping Center for the first time today. The environment was very welcoming, and my stylist, Stacy, was friendly and polite. Overall, the haircut was fine, but I did notice that my sideburns are uneven by about a third of an inch. I would rate my experience a 3.5 out of 5. Stacy's friendliness and the salon's atmosphere were great, but the attention to detail could be improved.

Great place, my son's hair is so difficult to style, and his hairstylist took the time to educate him on how to properly manage his hair. I'm very happy with the haircut . We will be back for sure

Hair type: I'm a European Generican mutt with half-expected hair of such. Luckily, my hairstylist ended up being Brenda and she was successfully able to tame and soothe the savage beast of my mane. She's rather knowledgeable, superbly professional and pleasantly sociable!!! In short: I received a top-notch hair cut from a top-notch hairstylist!!!
