I did not have a good experience! I had taken my 2 year old son here for the first time and when I got there it didn’t feel welcoming. My son does sit through the haircut but ends up crying and I know it can be hard so I told her if she she can wait til I put something to watch like his shows and she literally said “ I don’t have time for this” in such rude way and at the moment I didn’t even wanna stay through the haircut but she started cutting his hair the moment she put the cape around his neck. Being a little friendly to kids doesn’t hurt knowing if the child is very young. everything felt so rushed like she didn’t even wanna be there.

This location has some awesome hair stylists. The lady who cut mine did such a good job that I was told I looked like I got a $50 hair cut. She paid attention to detail. They were the friendliest and kindest staff. Thank you for the awesome haircut! I'll be back 😁

Our visit to Great Clips went as smooth as I could possibly imagine. It happens to be located right next to our home, there was no line, and they cut both my kids hair and such cute styles! Surprisingly, my 4 year old was very calm and wasn’t trying to escape the chair, so that was great! I was also surprised at how affordable it was! Even with my daughter getting bags and layers, just $15 :)

Great place for a quick haircut. Love it when I find a coupon! I usually get a shampoo, too! Great heads massage.
Hair type: Silver gray hair- keep it short fort ease of styling. Also because I have a C-pap it has to be easily managed

I have been getting my haircut here for about 2 years due to money issues and let me yell you, the people around me are none the wiser lol. And I've gone to a few different people and no huge discrepancies. I've had 100$ haircuts too and aside from ambiance,a fancy silk cape and a glass of champagne I cannot tell a difference.

I go to this Great Clips all the time and their are some great hair stylist in this shop. Today I got the worst haircut since going to great clips. I guess the girl who cut my hair should not talk while she cuts hair. From now on I will call ahead to see if Mary or Tracey is working. Shame on you great clips for hiring unskilled hair stylist in your saloon. I am very unhappy and plan on seeing if another stylist can fix my haircut. I also would hope you would at least refund my money for the poor service I received.
