** Don’t GO ** Worst service. Never seen this reckeless and lazy barbers in my life. I requested for the different hair style, but the employee had made complete short hair. I had a long hair for 4 months and it was all gone. I even showed him the picture before the cut. But still he did like short hair and he was like whatever the style you need I will be doing this and they charged me more.

Always friendly staff. If there is a long wait 60+ mins on online checkin, you may want to just get your haircut another day. Even though you check in does not mean you won't have to wait a long time.

Well run. Pleasant stylists. Quick especially if use the app. For half the price of previous haircuts it is a bargain. My styling needs are not complicated and Great Clips always meets my expectations.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. The stylist seemed completely disinterested and he rushed through the whole process like it was just another chore. There was no attention to detail or effort put into the experience. This was especially frustrating because I’ve been here before and had great service from skilled professionals. Sadly, this visit didn’t live up to those past standards.

If you're going to Great Clips at Polaris and not asking for Jayson, you're missing out. He’s fast, friendly, and somehow makes a quick haircut feel like a full-blown makeover.
I walked in looking like a before photo—walked out looking like I had weekend plans and my life together. Jayson listens, offers smart suggestions, and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. Bonus: he's genuinely funny without trying too hard.

Don’t ever dare to go there.. staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional. I literally came out with bald head. Person who cut my hair didn’t even communicate properly i told 2 on side and need 3 inch hair on top(which I usually say at other great clips locations) but here she just took machine and did 2 on side and with same machine she took out hair from middle. They didn’t even clean the hair.
