Ryan and his team did such amazing work on a piece we bought in New York City. When we came in, we thought we would just get something black and plain, but Ryan began suggesting beautiful and colorful frames. His eye for art and framework is top notch, and the selection of frames is astounding! The team stretched the canvas and framed our new art piece to perfection. Quality was A++. In fact, we’ll be coming back this weekend to bring in some new things we found.

Ryan and the team at Gregg Frame Studio are absolutely amazing. I have had over 20 very important pieces framed by Gregg and I would not trust anyone else with any of them. They always are communicative, professional, kind, stick to their word about when a piece will be finished and keep me informed throughout the process with phone calls and updates. Also, in reading a recent negative review with 1-star, I would counter that Ryan and the staff at Gregg would never judge someone based on appearance. When I first started going to Gregg, I would show up in sweatpants and gym clothes and probably looked horrible but they made me feel welcomed and did not once bring up price until the conversation naturally lended itself towards a discussion about it when choosing sizes, materials, and glass types. Hands down the best framer and team in Central Ohio. I have art friends from all over the world who admire the frame work and matting choices Ryan makes and would recommend Gregg to anyone looking for quality work and an amazing experience!

I was looking to frame my pastel piece for an upcoming gallery showing. Nice selection but the gentleman who I spoke with (he said he was the owner) was pretty rude and kept talking about price instead of the quality of the frames - he made me feel very uncomfortable. He seemed to be more concerned about if I could afford a frame over helping a new customer pick a frame. He has lost my business.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with mat colors and frames.
They are very patient, and will spend as much time as you need.
We wouldn’t think of taking our original art anywhere else.
Last month we had several pieces reframed, perfect in every respect.

I took in a small glass cutting project. All the folks here are wonderful, patient, understanding, careful and just wonderful to work with. Even though I wasn't getting anything framed, I observed how others were being treated and I have to say the next time I have a framing project I'm definitely coming back because I'm 100% confident they'll do it right and will make sure they're proud of it before giving it back. They might have higher pricing but it's worth it to give business to people like this.
