Very disappointing. They have a guarantee policy on their fresh arrangements lasting and that you'll love their arrangements. I recently ordered a bakers dozen of their Yellow and red roses and specifically asked the clerk if I could have more Yellow than red. I wanted them arranged with babys breath and greenery in a blue or purple vase but anything besides a clear vase would work. I was severely disappointed not once but twice. The flowers didn't last! I got ahold of florist they resent some in paper but the replacement order was incorrect and came with broken flowers. I immediately let them know. They then sent a replacement these too fell short-- arrangement didn't last and were incorrect (vase wasn't what was ordered). It's pretty sad when the flowers I bought recently from the grocery store of all places are lasting longer than flowers from the florist which were supposed to come guaranteed. I debated on not posting but it's upsetting when convience store flowers which are 1/3 the cost for twice the amount of flowers and came with babys breath and greenery last longer than those of the florist with the guarantee.

The delivery was to a college student who unfortunately was off campus at the time of the initial attempt. The flowers were delivered early the next day. Great communication and customer service.

I wanted to send flowers to my mom but live out of the area. Griffin’s Floral did an amazing job putting together a beautiful bouquet and delivering promptly on the selected delivery date. My mom was so surprised and touched by the gesture. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have flowers ordered or delivered.

I had never used this flower shop before. Wow I was impressed, arrived ahead of time indicated and the arrangement was perfect. Sunflowers to brighten up our friends on a sad day. I will use you again.

I received a photo of the plant delivered for my cousin's anniversary. I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty. I don't know anything about the cookies but assume they were more than satisfactory also. Thank you so much!

We received the most beautiful floral arrangement from Griffin’s today! Out of town friends sent us this arrangement after our sweet 14 year old dog crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday ?? these flowers were such a bright spot in the day and are absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Griffin’s for spreading joy one stem at a time.

Beautiful arrangement from Griffins, sent to a friend in Columbus. See the freshness and color and quality of the arrangement! Ordered Thursday and delivered by early Friday morning. Very fast!

Outstanding customer service - we live a couple of states away but wanted to buy my MIL birthday flowers as a surprise. Ordering went fine online, until a few hours later later when I found out my MIL would be out of town all weekend and no one would be home to receive the flowers. I called after hours and left a VM asking if we could change the address to another to family member in the area; when I called back a few minutes after they opened on Friday, a very nice lady (Deb, I believe) immediately recognized my name and said she has been waiting another hour to call me for details "because of the earlier timezone I live in". It was so thoughtful, and she was able to help get everything changed.
The flowers arrived yesterday and, from the photos, the arrangement is stunning. Amazing service, will be shopping here again!

I live out of state and wanted to send my daughter flowers on her birthday. We chose the "florist choice". They were absolutely stunning. And so many flowers. Thank you for helping us love on her from a distance.
