Recently I left a negative review on behalf of my father in law, the following day he received a call back from the store manager who explained that the technician who helped was new and still learning the computer part of the job. They quickly refunded my father in law the amount of his coupon. Thanks for the quick response and for taking care of a bad situation and making it right.

Stopped in to get a leaking tire repaired. The cost was reasonable. Unfortunately, they left grease on the leather seat / steering wheel, damaged a steering wheel control knob, and for some unknown reason reset the oil change reminder?

For a service I spent $900 on, you’d think they would have some consideration for communication for when that service is completed, but nonetheless they “forgot” to call back because of all the calls they make. I have my own schedule too, and waiting for my means of transportation for longer than necessary is frustrating. Try getting another phone line, if you’re so busy. Also, they made me feel like my service inconvenienced them, when they kept repeating that they could “squeeze” my repair in. I don’t want to think my repair was rushed with that verbiage. If you don’t have the time, don’t book it. The repair seems okay so far, but for $900, I’d hope so.
