Jarvis is a regular for a nail trim and the staff is phenomenal with him! His nails always look even & well trimmed. He has some physical ailments so they are extra careful with our guy. I always love catching up with the staff! We love Grooming Spot!

We moved to Columbus this summer and had trouble finding the right groomer for my baby, Stevie Licks. We have been to the Grooming Spot 3 times and they always do an amazing job! I like that you can add on special shampoos and nail filing too.

Our stubborn, temperamental Westie went to the Grooming Spot his whole life. Teresa & her team always loved him & did a fantastic job grooming him. So happy to have a new pup so we can see the Grooming Spot team again!

We love the Grooming Spot! They always do such a great job! They are so kind and great with every pup we've brought in.We found them when we had our first pup years ago and just recently brought in a pup we were watching.When we finally add a new pup to our family, we will bring them too.

I brought my springer spaniel, Oakley, here and was very pleased! Admittedly, a bit nervous because they have some poor reviews but I noticed a lot of them are very old so I decided to give them a chance. Alli (I believe is her name) took amazing care of my anxious pup and did her cut EXACTLY the way I asked her to. I can get a little specific with the way my dog gets cut but she really delivered! She was there for about 5 hours and I felt the pricing was very fair for everything that was included. Her nails are cut perfectly, ears are SUPER clean, she smells amazing, and she even got a cute bandana. I would highly recommend Alli to anyone. If we weren't in town for only a short period of time, I would definitely come again!

They did a great job with my dog. What you do is you prepay $30, and then based on your dog breed and type of service, they charge the 2nd amount. In total, I spent $75 for my 25lb terrier. I think it's worth they price, especially if you don't do it often. Things to note: You will leave your dog with the groomer for 2 hours. That said, they finished before the 2 hours. They were also able to clip my dogs nails, which I was unsuccessful in doing so myself! See my scruffy guy before (when scruffy) and after (trimmed)

I love the Grooming Spot! Our English Springer Spaniel always comes home looking like Best in Show. He just got his summer cut and he looks so handsome. These groomers are real pros. I highly recommend the Grooming Spot. Krista Voltolini

This was my first time bringing my chocolate Lab and I was so happy when I picked her up. She looked beautiful! My dog is use to going once a month to Petco to be groomed. She has never come back de-shedded as well as the what the Grooming Spot did. I know it must have taken A LOT of time to get her in such great condition. That just shows how much time and care they put into the pets the prepare. My dog was happy and upbeat when I picked her up, so I am sure they took special care of her to make her feel safe. Petco use to give her a shoestring of a bandana.Not the Grooming Spot! Her bandana matched her golden eyes perfect! And it was cut large enough to fit her appropriately. That may not seem like a big thing, but it just underlines that they don’t cut corners. You have a life long customer with me. Thank you!

If you care about the way your dog is cut do not take your pup here!!! I would like to say I'm normally not a karen and understand extreme circumstances but I always tell groomers if something comes up call me. I recently relocated to Columbus and figured I would try this place out to groom my cocker spaniel. Needless to say even after talking to the groomer prior to the appointment over the phone and in person about how she is normally cut and asking for a longer length I came back to find my 3 year old cocker shaved. They claimed it was matting and even charged me extra for dematting. She looks nothing like her normal cocker cut and her nails were barely trimmed. I told the groomer the reason she needed longer hair is because we just came from such a warm climate to the snow and she gets cold easily. I am beyond upset and the groomer being condescending when I was visibly upset made it even worse. Also not sure why but her leash had a knot in it. She is home but acting skittish and refusing treats which has never happened in all her grooming appointments over the years. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

The last two times we have had my cat here their work hasn’t been the best. They have shaved off his whiskers twice now and cut him with the clippers. We left and tried another place with no luck. Gave grooming spot another chance now it’s back to square one. We likely will not bring our cat back here.

Took my elderly shih tzu here for the first time today, and can definitely say we will be back! They did a great job with her haircut, exactly like the picture I emailed them. After the cut, the groomer came out and talked through her haircut (she had some matting which I felt terrible about but groomer did not make me feel bad at all, just wanted to inform me) - she let me know about her temperament during the cut and seemed very informative and really caring about my pup! Definitely made me feel confident that she had been in good hands! Thanks again Grooming Spot, we will be back!
