One of the worst customer services ever. I bought a bracelet online for my birthday, It came a little too big. I went to the store to exchange it for a smaller size, the salesman told me that they can’t take it because they saw me put it on so its considered “worn”. Really terrible customer service.As for the manager (Ray Green), she was really rude and raising her voice while I was talking to her. I have felt being mistreated/discriminated against since my mom was with me and she was wearing her hijab.

When me and my mom went shopping, they constantly kept asking us questions and looking at it with a weird works because of our skin color and the way we dress we were just in casual clothes I rate this a one star because of a worker he is in the Easton location in Columbus, Ohio and he would constantly look at it. He was not kind of us today.

I think a lot of customers come in either intimidated or arrogant and develope an insecure misperception of what the vibe ACTUALLY is. Go in polite browse and possibly make a purchase if you choose to do so and I don’t see how you could have anything less than a good experience. A lot of people are posting reviews negatively regarding customer experience and I honestly just left the place 100% satisfied and the sales merchant I dealt with was pleasant and helpful ?♂️Also by the smiles from everyone I get the vibe that I was a pleasant experience back and I’m willing to bet their stories of dealing with some of you are equally as bad as the defamation you’re trying to put on them ?Can you imagine dealing with some of the public they probably experience on a daily … look at yourself and reflect before you jump to the idea that the store was the problem ?I had ZERO problems today

Do not buy anything from this store! I tried on one boot in store, and when I got home I unwrapped the other and found two defects: one very prominent L-shaped one on the tongue of the boot, and a big scuff on the side. Worse than the defects is the customer service. I’ve pretty much just been ghosted after calling and emailing everyone I could think of to try and get this resolved before the event I bought these for (not going to happen at this point). If you do buy something from here, make sure to thoroughly inspect the product before you leave the store, because their quality is faltering and you will not find any help for it once the purchase is completed. Super disappointing for a “luxury” brand.

Service is terrible , I bough watch $2000 plus worth watch, but the sales rep forgot to put warranty card and user’s manual into the box. Not sure if they were not trained or did on purpose. Called customer service number , I was asked to go back on my own to get missing documents or I have to wait for the store call me back which they never did. It is bad service, I will return the watch tomorrow for good.

Worst customer service ever! I will never return to the store . As a high end brand , this behavior is unacceptable. We purchased a new pair of glasses , but instead they Gave me the display piece , and when I want to return it , the guy did not let me return. He also gave me the meanest attitude , Is this the kind of behavior of customer service a luxury store should have? BE AWARE .

Entered the store 4/4/23 when I looked around I was the only customer in the store so I was confused about why not one of there employees asked if they could help me instead I was being looked at up and down with a frown like I had the plague… so finally I asked if I could get some help, so finally I was asked could they help me. After being racially.profiled I was turned off on wanting to spend my money with this company. I would never had went into Gucci if I couldn’t afford to purchase anything from them!! I’ll stick to purchasing from Louis Vuitton because you get treated equally over there!!!✌?

When my Mother and I walked in yesterday, we got the most arrogant looks ever, especially this one gentleman who you could tell was looking down at us. Definitely would not want to buy something there anytime soon.

Yesterday I purchased a $3,000 purse at this store, got it home and realized the hardware is totally destroyed with tarnish (brand new). I called Gucci customer service and a very smug woman told me the store would call me back. No one has 9 hours later. I called Gucci customer service back and they told me it’s the store’s problem and should just wait for them to call me back at their leisure. I’m 40 years old and will be purchasing handbags for the rest of my adult life. I will never buy another from Gucci.

Store is beautiful and I WAS happy to have one in Columbus instead of shopping online. But I’ve been in twice and no one greeted me or asked to help me…. The store was not busy and there were many available employees. Very different experience from other Gucci stores I’ve been to. I’ll just keep shopping online and in Vegas. Part of the experience is getting that fun/special customer service.

This was absolutely the worst Gucci store I have been in. The staff never asked if we needed anything. Stood there for 15 minutes trying to get help and we was one of the other two groups in the store. Really disappointed!
