Would recommend going to Sam Ash or the Cincy GC location. Current management is clearly only worried about how they can make the most commission in the shortest amount of time. They won’t bat you an eye unless you’re in the premium guitar room.

I’ve purchased 4 guitars (~$3900 total) in the last few years from Guitar Center. Usually a convenient business to work with. Nice selection but very disappointed and embarrassed with the customer service here.I went in to see if they had a specific model in stock. This should have been a quick and friendly question. With my work schedule, I wasn’t able to make it in until 50 min before they close and got greeted with a “there he is…” by a man and woman at the entrance. They are really unwelcoming to customers. I can’t recommend this location if this is how their staff treat serious customers.

The Morse Rd store needs some help, been there a couple times lately and there’s only a couple of people working and honestly you could probably take anything you wanted and walk out, it’s like a graveyard in there, looks like there about to close up shop. Times have changed it’s not what’s it’s used to be for sure

Worked for GC for years... It's hit or miss... The only reason to go here is because you need something now or you just want to try it before you get it online cheaper.DO NOT TRUST THE "IN STOCK" NOTIFICATION on their website. I wasted my time getting there to grab a cable I needed because it said "in stock" on their website. I wound up spending 3 times as much for a cable twice as long because the guy behind the counter didn't feel like looking for it, so he just said "that's all we have". I spent more than $4K at GC, and I get treated like a chump every time I walk in. I'm not going to cry when they go out of business... Still better than Music-Go-Round.

We bought a used guitar from the online store and there were a few issues with it. We visited this store and the staff have been amazing!! They take the time to fix the issues and give so much detail about the specifics of the guitar. They covered the cost of the items that needed fixed. My son loves going in here because the staff are so friendly and informative. Highly recommend this store.

Every time I come here, the service is poor. I traded in a keyboard and they did not give me the power cable to the new instrument. They have problems finding anything in inventory. It takes them 1000 years to answer simple questions and find items you ordered.Never shopping here again.Edit update: the manager called to address the situation. They know of the problems in the store and are trying to remedy them. It will still be a while before I go back.

I was impressed with the size of the store and how much they had, however, when it came to checking out there were SO many issues with the computers. This wonderful man who was helping us, his name is Paul, said he was new and he came across so many problems with said computers and while he asked ( nicely ) multiple times for help from his coworkers, they ignored him, the store wasn’t busy. When this guy Jerame came over to finally help, he didn’t show Paul how to fix the issue, just made him look dumb and then Jerame just stared at me. No smile, no question, just waited for me to do something…I was waiting for someone to just tell me my total??. Point is, Paul deserves better and I won’t be back :)

This guitar center takes the cake for being the rudest, and just horrible to deal with. Sadly I bought my first electric guitar and amp from this place. I’ve gave this location so many chances to keep my business but it’s not worth it. Then if you go in it’s no fun playing on the amps. They will tell you to turn it down before you even hit 1 on the volume. I was told to play softer once because the employee couldn’t get my amp to go lower in volume haha like how you supposed to sell anything if you can’t play. But like usual OHIO Guitar centers are the worst and this one is my top least favorite one to deal with out of the 20 plus Guitar Centers I’ve dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go to Sam’s Ash down the road to find a better experience!!!
