Amazing experience and customer service!!! It was my first time buying a wig and Ms. Sicily was so friendly and kind! I can be very picky but she was so patient and helped me find the perfect wig!! I highly recommend Ms. Sicily and Hair plus beauty outlet for your wig/hair shopping needs!

Hair Plus Beauty Outlet has been the store for our hair needs for many years! Whenever we have questions or need help to find things, the staff has responded immediately. They take the time to help us find products and also provide a variety of options to choose from. The store owner is wonderful and respectful, acknowledges regular customers, and never fails to greet customers entering and leaving the store. It is impressive to see how the store has grown over the years, in addition to the store's upkeep in trying to keep up to date on trends, hair products, and other beauty essentials that are reasonably priced. We have recommended this store to other potential customers looking to shop comfortably and confidently in a store that strives to put customers first and continue to improve their service with the ever-changing beauty industry.

Mrs. Lee was so very helpful! I had no idea how to buy - or wear a wig.I only needed the wig for one event and she steered me to a grouping of them that were on sale.To buy a wig there, you buy a wig cap ($1.) then you can pick out up to 3 wigs to try.This is a good place to go to look at wigs. There are hundreds.

Miss Lee is the best customer service person I've met since I moved to Columbus. Nice service to all customers that walked through the store. I will definitely come back to the store for more items.

I love this beauty supply store! It is very organized affordable prices and have a large variety of beauty supplies that no other hair store has. If I had to choose a hair store to spend every penny it’ll definitely be this one:). Mrs Lee is such an amazing woman! I recently dropped my wallet in the store she contacted me right away telling me that I could come get it I am so thankful for her!

Mrs Lee is always great. She is very friendly and takes good care of me. She would personally walk you on the floor to find the items you are looking for. All the staff is great, friendly and very helpful.The last trip I went there, she gave me some gifts for my mom and was super nice to hear I was going to see my mother. Love this store because they have quality items and good prices. Go check them out!

I shop here regularly; the employees are really nice, and are very attentive to my requests. This is probably the only beauty supply store I frequent. They have a huge selection of wigs, and I can always find something I like in the sales section. There's something for everyone here.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I had a purchase for $79.52 on Friday 6/23. 6/26 I was charged an additional $79.52, grand total of $159.04. I called the store asked for the Manager was told to come to the store and they would fix after reviewing the camera. I received the camera footage which confirmed what I purchased which was $79.52 they still refused to refund their error. While in the store, two other ladies came in with the same issue being charged double for their purchase on Friday and Saturday. The lack of customer service was astounding. I wouldn’t suggest anyone make any purchases here unless you want to pay double.

After the wonderful experience I had here - I needed to write a review. While I’m not a beauty professional, I can easily recommend this store for anyone alike as everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful. It reminded me of those mom & pop stores where they actually care about everyone who walks in and making sure they have a good experience shopping. I can absolutely second another reviewers comment that they treat you like family. There is so much there it could have been overwhelming but with their kind guidance and smiles made for one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any store period.
