Cara at the Polaris location in Columbus is fabulous at working tight shoulder and back muscles. She is particularly good at relieving pain in my hips. I recommend her highly.

I have had several massages in the past, but I have stayed with Hand and Stone. I routinely see Johnetta. She does an excellent job with deep tissue massage and she really works to address spots that are hurting. Make sure to communicate what you would like. You will not be disappointed.
As the weather changes and we are getting into cold and flu season, the Polaris site needs to have masks on hand for clients that may have respiratory symptoms. This will protect the therapists and their other clients.
