The staff here is the best group of people I've ever seen or dealt with at a Harbor Freight. The problem is that the store itself is too small to stock everything HF normally offers and therefore it's out of consumable items more often than all the other HF stores in the area. Give these great people a bigger building!

This afternoon I shopped at this hardware store and the cashier was very rude when I asked her if she had my information with my phone number, she wouldn't check it or talk to me she was very rude and said she didn't care that I should just pay and leave I can't believe there is such a bad service in this place her name is Jennifer

I bought a quick-connection compression tester today. I tested it on 3 engines and they all read 15 psi. Since that seems unlikely and more likely that the tester is garbage, I returned it only to be charged a 20% restocking fee for the privilege.
Previously I'd roll the dice on harbor freight because if it doesn't work at least I can return it. Now I can't even rely on that organization to maintain even that low of a bar of accountability.
I have zero trust in their products and zero trust in their policies. You lost a customer.
I also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.

All I gosstuh say issss.... yuppp, I've said it all before and I'll say it many times more... that it is indeed the MAN.... Tis the WOMAN... who MAKES or breaks a place!!! Todd, a super helpful, energetic, efficient dude, Alyssa, alert n positive, pleasant and engaging and like Todd, good at life ( and their jobs)! Harbor Freight is justuh place to spend yer money....
