I just moved here and got attended respectfully and quickly. Living here has been great so far, High street is close by and everything is walkable. Everyone is respectful. Only feedback is cleaniness.

Very nice place. Clean, modern, and affordable.

The only disgusting thing is sharing the laundry room with adults who can’t clean up after themselves and wash their clothes every blue moon.

Affordable and nice being downtown but the apartment itself is horrible. Everything constantly broken, for example the trash chute has been broken multiple times but the most recent time it’s been now 2 months, my apartment is right next to the trash chute and people still put there trash in the there (the management does nothing about this) so it’s caused a horrible smell and many bugs to appear and we’ve never had bugs before. Me being pregnant my sense of smell is very heightened so having to smell this everyday has made me very sick. I’ve complained many times, 2 weeks ago they said it would be fixed by tomorrow and of course it’s still not. There’s always people coming from air bnb and they let homeless people in and tell anyone who asks the code so there will be homeless people walking around the building whenever. There is also stairs that lead to outside the building and there is always poop and pee from peoples animals that never gets cleaned up ,I’ve called the health department many times so hopefully that changes something. I would like to just break the lease and leave all together but they have a termination fee of $2000 which I don’t just have laying around so I would just recommend not moving here so you don’t end up like this ready to leave and having to pay $2000 just to leave when it’s the apartment managements fault as to why the apartment building is so bad.

This apartment complex got roaches I wouldn’t move here. People are so unclean here it’s ridiculous. The place is ran by greed and the careless corporations like many new buildings in Columbus I wouldn’t dare live here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you

I give them two stars because the location is great, and the pricing is wonderful as well, but I’ve had issues with moving out, incorrectly being charged, the AC not working well the entire time (did mention it in a report), and issues with miscommunication (getting called back). If you want to find a cheaper place downtown and you don’t mind a bit of noise, great, just make sure you read the lease and submit everything on time. Watch and read your emails and attachments when they come as they won’t send a notification through the portal about when out of the blue things are due. You also must restate when you are moving out months in advance as it’s not assumed by the end of your lease. I stayed at my apartment a few days out of each month and was very cleanly only to be billed a large amount at the end and not get my deposit back. I feel as though they charge a hefty amount when you’re leaving, even if you’re as careful as possible, and this goes not only for this location, but the leasing company in general as I have friends from other cities, have the same one. I keep seeing people mention this place being an Airbnb but I can’t speak on that since I saw in the lease that you can’t even sublease easily if you wanted to here (would have been nice since I wasn’t living in the place consistently for seven months, but I wasn’t gonna get charged for getting caught doing that). Never had an issue with getting my deposit back at any other place, but here I ended up owing even more somehow. Pretty disheartening.

0/5 stars. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Literally everyone airbnbs here. So you’ll never know who lives here. (Watch your packages!) There are addicts and RATS all in the parking lot. All hallways reek of animal URINE. Amenities space is usually crowed by non residents from the restaurant below or airbnb parties. The communal washer and dryers are the MOST filthy and grimy thing ever (full of animal fur usually). Apartment floor plans are extremely small and out dated. Parking is a nightmare. They have towed multiple people’s vehicles on “accident”. Property manager Gaila Mckay is extremely racist and discriminatory. She has attacked multiple residents with her rude behavior and prejudice comments. Even some staff have spoken out to me about her disdain for “blacks and Mexicans”. She has also called the police multiple times on other residents who live here because “she can” (they were all black and found innocent once police arrived) I know this because they are still living here and voiced it to some residents. She’s openly proud of the way she acts because upper management refuses to fire her or do anything about her. I know a lawsuit is coming soon from a few of us. I’ve been a resident for over 8 months hoping things would improve but sadly they are on a constant decline. Can’t wait til my lease is up and this can all just be a nightmare i survived. Please if you are smart rent anywhere else!!!

What’s the point of having an elevator if it can’t be used due to the ridiculous fist fights that apparently have to happen to destroy the use for everyone else? Don’t worry.. once you climb to your floor you can enjoy all the puke and weed smells to get your heart rate down. If that’s not enough, use the gym here w the local homeless people who can get in whenever they want. For entertainment, watch as people in hoods case your property. It’s so safe here, if something gets stolen- no worries, you can always just file a report online and hope one day, your property shows up again.

I’m a current resident and have been here for 7 months, things are moving in the right direction! The location and apartments here are Beautiful and the amenities are getting better! Our rooftop got some improvements, a coffee shop has been built and there’s talks of a convenience store being added on the other side. We got security back in and patrolling our lot. The new property manager has been listening to us and solving issues little by little and that counts for a lot! I’m super hopeful Harlow will be restored back to its full potential!

I enjoy living here. I get free coffee every morning, the Columbus commons is close by and they have very cool events. my dog loves if here, not so much the dog park, but she loves the staff and there is going to be a coffee shop right under the apartment soon.
