My daughter and I, were welcomed , by Aaron when we entered the door. Aaron asked us what we needed and immediately took care of us. the finance person helped us and Nathaniel. we could not have ask for a more perfect smooth, day. The best experience I’ve had in awhile at a car dealership, all the staff I worked work with was extremely knowledgeable and payed attention to detail. I also love that I wasn’t waiting long and was able to leave the dealership at a great time with a beautiful 2024 Chevy Malibu. I cannot remember everyone’s names but Clayton and Phillip were the main men helping me and they made this shopping experience amazing! Thank you again

Aaron was truly exceptional. We’ve purchased several new cars over the past few years, and this was easily the best experience we’ve had. He listened carefully, negotiated a very fair price, and made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. This is our first Subaru, so perhaps the typical “new car salesperson” reputation doesn’t apply here, or perhaps Aaron is simply outstanding. Likely both. Thanks again. We’re absolutely enjoying our new Crosstrek!

David Steele was absolutely fabulous to deal with. From the time we walked into the dealership we felt listened too and respected. David willingly answered and resolved any questions and/or problems we had. We purchased an excellent pre-owned Highlander 4x4 that was in pristine condition at a fair market price. The paperwork was an easy process and we have already received our title to our recent purchase. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned well condition vehicle. I would especially ask to deal with David Steele.

It was my daughter’s 1st experience making a “big girl purchase” . Phil(sales) and the team at Germain Subaru couldn’t have made it easier. Phil was very thorough explaining all the bells & whistles to my daughter and making sure she was completely comfortable before signing the dotted line and driving away. The finance team was very helpful with finding the best deal for my daughter. I told my wife that not only are we now a Subaru family, but we are a Germain Subaru family. Thanks again to everyone involved for all their help!

I had a wonderful experience looking for a Subaru today! I was simply looking and exploring my options. At no point did I feel pressured. My sales person, Michael, clearly explained the features of the car that I test drove, my options for purchasing and all of Subaru's safety features.

Set up appointment online. First impression of dealership - clean and welcoming. Was waited on promptly, Aaron was assigned to me. He was professional and friendly and never ever pushy. My requests were honored. Everything happened timely and in organized manner. The attached service area was warm, comfortable chairs and good beverages. Bathroom was clean. Love my new Subaru Forester.
