Had a horrible experience. Rented a larger car for a family trip. Pick up said 3-5 got there at 4:25pm and they said because I didn’t call them at 3 they gave away my rental. The app even said your car is ready the whole time. Then charged us for another smaller car normal price. With only 10% discount. Then the worker left another car keys in the car so had to drive back in total was there for 2 hrs horrible customer service. Once I walked in I knew there was a problem. They did nothing to fix this. Now we’re crammed in a small car for a 10 car ride. Thanks Hertz

Got in and out quick. Toyota West paid for the rental due to their inability to fix our car for nearly two weeks. Hertz rep was great though.

My mom had a horrible experience with this place. Her rental was under warranty but she was billed, not once but twice. We understood the mistake once but twice. Put her $1,000 in the hole, plus bank fees for overdraft. Don't trust this place!! She still has not gotten the money back!

This place is run by criminals. First, my vehicle was totaled. I had a rental vehicle through Enterprise but insurance told me they were making me give up my rental. Well, the car I was getting through Toyota wasn’t here yet (most car dealerships are still catching up from COVID) so I had to pay for a rental for a little over a week. Toyota promised I would get their rate. I went to pick up the rental on a Friday right before they closed. Was told they knew nothing about this special rate but I could go ahead and rent the vehicle and they’d adjust the cost later after speaking with Toyota. Toyota did their part and talked to them (also important, prior to me getting the car they had spoken to someone. So this entire thing could have been avoided if communication was a thing).
Here’s where the blatant criminal behavior is. I turned the vehicle in on Monday when my new car arrived at Toyota. Was told this was fine. I was charged a $150 cleaning fee? Wasn’t given an explanation, not that it would have mattered because there’s no way that car was that dirty. It’s March in Ohio so there was some mud on the floor mats but it wasn’t excessive. Again I’ve rented many cars in my life and not once have I been charged a cleaning fee. Then, I was charged $45 for gas. $45, for gas, on a Nissan Altima. Even if I would have returned it empty this would have been excessive. It wasn’t empty when I returned it. It did smell bad when I got it but I assumed that was something they noted before they gave it to me. Instead of calling me to review the charges, they sent the receipt to me and charged my card after they closed so I had no way to discuss it with them. Oh and don’t waste your time trying to call their customer service, you can’t talk to a person, you’re told to fill out a form on the website and someone will get back to you in a few days. Um…no. The only two websites I’ll be filling out anything on will be the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Oh and a small claims civil suit with the Franklin County Municipal Court.

Great Hertz location, customer service is great, my car was perfect, clean and full of gas. A nice Hertz representative gave me a courtesy ride after I dropped off there rental car to my destination. Will definitely rent from this location again.

Very shady business. They charged me $100 for gas refill fee, and said it was because I didn’t fill the tank all the way before returning it. They never mentioned about the extremely expensive fuel refill rate when I signed the paper. All they mentioned was the lost damage protection cost which was $60. I called the place in, and all they said was that the rate was written on the paper and it’s on me for not reading the full contract paper before signing. I would’ve avoided the charge at all cost if I knew it, but they chose to not mention about so they could charge $100 to fill up a Corolla. Very unprofessional and shady business. Avoid this place at all cost if you need a loaner car!

No customer service. No air in our car to 80°+ Kentucky. Would never rent from them again. They only got the 1 cause I couldn't put zero

Decent spot sorta felt like the woman at the front desk was rude but maybe she was just having a bad morning or just hates her job. The car was nice though an got great fuel mileage. It was a Toyota corolla.

This place is a joke ! The people who work there are completely incompetent ! My husbands truck was hit . The other persons insurance should have been billed, hertz never told us we had to oay upfront then get money from insurance co. 8 months goes by and they call and say we owe $500.00. I tell them I’m not paying it . Get it from insurance co. Then see a charge for $902.00 . They took it upon themselves to charge my card. I would never use this company again! Horrible customer service and experience!!!!
