Global AeroConnect Inc (GAC Body Armor) in Florida has been an authorized distributor for Highcom Armor since the beginning of 2018. In the almost 4 years we've been a distributor for Highcom we have had nothing but a positive experience working with them, from the on time deliveries to the customer service and support. I first found out about Highcom by word of mouth while searching for a new set of armor since I was on my way out of service and would thus have to start buying my own protection. I called up the company back in 2015 and to my astonishment the super helpful guy who answered the phone was the VP at the time (he's now the CEO). I asked questions about durability of the item, the shipping container that they get shipped in, what I could and could not do in the plates, and got answers to each question. I'm not talking about simple "yes," "no," or a sales line either. This was clearly a man who knew his product inside and out, and 100% backed it. After that phone call (which was originally intended to be just a feeler) I immediately placed an order with Highcom. From that point on, any time any friends needed armor, I'd point them to highcom because I knew that they would be in good hands. (as a bonus, they're even semi-local) When it came time for our family to acquire more armor, I went ahead and went through highcom again! I do not see this trend changing any with my future armor needs.Highcom is my go to armor for a reason. I know I come off as a salesman for them, but everything I said is 100% true. I put my life on it every time I buy new items from them. Service has always been polite and efficient.

I have been working with HighCom for 5+ years now and have never had anything but the best service from their entire team. Items ship quickly and if for some reason there are unavoidable delays, they are quick to provide that information with updates along the way.

I have personally observed HighCom's level IV plates in action and couldn't be more impressed with their performance, it's the reason I own a set today and plan on purchasing another set in the near future.
