I called and bought a water pump for my ls 4047. Sales person was very helpful and waterpump got to my door fast. I let the salesperson know that his picture of the waterpump did not exactly look the same as my worn out pump. He said that was the part number he had for my tractor. And told me that it could be returned if not correct. Needless to say the waterpump he sent me was not for my tractor. I called him and he said i can return it to him for credit but i must pay to ship it back. Do you really think i should have to pay 19.92$ when you made the mistake and sent the wrong part.

I took them a carburetor off my 1983 ford bronco and they rebuilt it very fast, only 2 days and they did an incredible job at a very good price I will be doing bussiness with them in the future!

Had my carburetor rebuilt for my 62 Buick Special and these guys did a fabulous job. This car has never ran this good before and it only has 53,000 miles on it. Thanks guys

I ordered a part from this company. For almost two months I have been in contact with their operations manager, because I have yet to receive the part and they refuse to resend another. So I am out the money that I paid and the part. Horrible company and customer service.

I ordered a part for my tractor from them. I never received the part. Spent almost two months emailing the operations manager and getting a complete runaround. They never resent the part, and they never refunded my money. Would never trust them with my business again.

Sent them a starter from and expensive Italian car...They called next day, provided an update, sourced difficult to find parts and fixed the unit for a very reasonable cost. Some places would not be as fair. Will use them in the future.

They get you going sometimes you just got to go with the best I was looking for a starter for my generator they found me one on the shelf not even the dealer couldn't get it so thanks guys I'll be back for sure
