Can't call the store directly....only 800 and they have no information regarding your store other than what is showing online.

Such bad customer service and the most unorganized H&M I’ve ever been to. The kids clothing is absolute chaos! Don’t waste your time here.

Adding another 1 star review due to poor customer service. I attempted to return an item one day after I purchased it. My return was denied due to a small deodorant stain on the item that I didn't notice at time of purchase. I can't prove that I didn't wear the item and cause the stain (I didn't), so I accepted that it couldn't be returned. I asked the associate working (older black woman with no name badge or lanyard so I didn't not see her name) if the clothes recycling program, which used to be called I:Co was still an option. At first she told no. As I started to leave, I saw the I:Co box next to the counter. I told the associate that that was what I was referring to, and that I'd like to donate the item to receive the 15% off. She told me that I would need to scan a QR code and go to a website to get the 15%. I gave her my phone to scan the QR code, but it didn't work. I walked around to her side of the register to try it myself, and found that the QR doesn't lead to a website at all, just some text. Their QR is faulty/ the link is broken. Instead of trying to get me the coupon another way, the associate said there was nothing she could do. I find that extremely hard to believe. The entire time, the associate was rude, not helpful, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. As a former employee of this H&M location, I was shocked at how short with me and rude she was, as I know H&M employees are trained to meet 5 basic demands of customer service. She did not smile, say hello, have on a name badge, or say thank you. It was a very poor interaction that could have gone a lot smoother if the associate had been the least bit kind. She was stoic, rude, and made me feel really bad for simply trying to recycle an item I know I'm not going to wear. H&M is not the same place it was years ago. The customer service shows how far down the Easton location has gone.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an extremely humiliating experience that my husband and I encountered at one of your stores. I believe this incident deserves serious attention, as the treatment we received was unprofessional and entirely unacceptable.
A few days ago, we spent nearly $500 at the store. After getting home, I discovered that the cashier had neglected to remove the security sensor from a coat I purchased. We couldn’t locate the receipt, but we assumed this would not be an issue, as we had proof of payment and expected your staff would be able to assist us.
When we returned to the store, the cashier called two managers to help us, one of whom was named Toya. Despite our attempts to explain the situation, the male manager quickly became defensive, insinuating that customers often steal items and stating that we needed proof we didn’t steal the coat. Although he claimed not to be accusing us of theft, his words and demeanor implied otherwise. We suggested he review the sales records or security footage to verify our purchase, but he refused to make any effort to help us in that moment. My husband then asked the manager to check the store footage to confirm our purchase, to which the manager responded that we should leave our contact information to be called when they reviewed the footage.
At this point, I became understandably upset and frustrated. I felt that we were being treated like criminals over an error that was the store’s fault, not ours. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, Toya, the second manager, interjected with a condescending attitude, telling us to leave our information and go. When I expressed how humiliating this was and that they should have more policies to protect her customers, Toya responded dismissively, saying it was “H&M policy.” Rather than offering understanding or help, she waved her hands at us and asked us to leave the store.
This experience left me feeling deeply humiliated and upset. Later, we called H&M customer service and spoke to a representative who was respectful and helpful. She was able to locate the receipt after contacting the store, something the managers on-site failed to do. It was shocking to me that this simple resolution was within reach, yet the managers chose to treat us with suspicion and disregard, even though they had the tools to verify our purchase. The customer service representative contacted the store and was able to locate our receipt, instructing us to return to have the security sensor removed. However, when we returned, the same manager, Toya, was the one to assist us. Instead of a professional and courteous resolution, she ironically “welcomed” us back and removed the sensor. She then dismissively told us, “Next time, make sure to bring your receipt,” before telling us goodbye with an attitude of indifference.
We didn’t engage with her further, but it was clear from her demeanor that she felt no responsibility for the unprofessional way she treated us. Her attitude suggested that she had nothing to worry about and that she could continue behaving in this manner without consequence.
I am asking H&M to take immediate action regarding the behavior of your store managers, particularly Toya, who treated us with complete disrespect. I expect a sincere apology for the way we were humiliated in the store, as well as compensation for the emotional distress this has caused me. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed that my husband and I were made to feel like criminals over a simple mistake caused by your staff’s oversight.
I trust that H&M will take this matter seriously and work to prevent other customers from experiencing the same kind of humiliation we endured.

Emphasis on the one star, which should be zero.
Today, I went into h&m to return earrings I purchased yesterday, after getting home I realized they were broken. Firstly, I would like to state I’m a minor who is returning an item to an adult. The cashier called the manager because they don’t allow returns of broken jewelry. I told them I purchased it broken yesterday and would just like to return it. The manager, James was unprofessional and unreasonable and stated they didn’t sell any defective product in their store, and he knows this for a fact. His many rude replies did not only belittle me, but also made me feel uncomfortable and upset. It made me feel like I wasn’t even a customer let alone a person. However, I remained calm and confident trying to get my point across and even through that- his look, words, and attitude were absolutely unbelievable. This was the worst experience I have ever had or seen, he does not deserve to work in customer service when he cannot serve a customer in anyway but with disrespect.

I was in Wednesday around 4. I asked for the SM and it was the RUDEST interaction I’ve EVER had. Her name was Darla or something of that nature. She took about 3 or 4 minutes to look up from her phone, to finally answer me. She was glued to her phone and ignoring customers and her workers. She didnt acknowledge any of her employees as she was walking around. Her employees should be top priority. I decided to leave, and went to Zara instead, where I was treated so well at. I feel horrible for the employees at this H&M. It should be a fun experience, not a nightmare to walk into work. I’ve been in retail for 10 years, and know when employees are being mistreated. This woman, is the epitome of a horrible boss. I later went back in around 7 and was helped by Dustin and Janaisa who was a BLESSING. They are the only good thing about that store. I hope they get better management, or better yet, better jobs and are appreciated.

Urgh! Salesperson on a personal call upstairs pointed to a son in front of him saying the register was closed go downstairs-My first (and last) time in the store!! I figure out where the Escalade and trek downstairs-No one is at that register- I ask someone who doesn't look like she works there but has walked behind the register and looked at me if she could help me and she said she can't work the register. I ask who can and she looks for someone to one check me out. Finally the girl checks me out and says nothing. She hands me a bag and I say thank you, then look at my son and ask him why I'm thank f her, when I'm the customer...she should have thanked me for making a purchase!Extremely poor customer service- my last visit!!

The lady with the purple lipstick at the register was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if she’s just always a troll but she was so rude to me that I decided not to complete my purchase midway through. I took my business elsewhere and will never return to that location. As I was leaving I even overheard her talking about me. Gross, sad, pathetic, and low quality.

No one offered to assist us they just watched us walk by and I really didn't see anything worth going in there for
