Customer service doesn’t exist in a lot of these stores nowadays, it took me almost 7 minutes to find a team member to check me out. There was absolutely no one on the bottom and the person I did one the top floor was utterly rude and stale. It’s so frustrating how these folks don’t value a job anymore and strictly aren’t happy to be there makes the shopping experience less favorable, but it is what it is

Be sure to check if your item has a red tag. If it does, you can’t return or exchange. Apparently it is on the fine print of the receipt.

Charged twice for same transaction in store. Was told the first card swipe didn’t process and had me swipe again. Ended up getting charged twice. Now they want me to come back in store (35 min away) for a refund on one charge (~$250).

Does anyone work here? Worker looked at me and walked into the back after she saw me standing at the counter. Went next door and spent $650. Whoever the manager is you’re losing money.
