Love all Hobby Lobby stores!! This one was well organized and staff friendly. My only complaint was the line. One person was "being rung up" for almost 10 minutes

Love shopping here but no matter when I go there is always long waits at the line. I wish the company would put more effort into their customer service.

This place is well stocked with everything seasonal home decor! One of my favorite stores lately for small seasonal home items. Only downside is, don't expect much of off-season or year-round items. I went into the store twice for cereal bowls but couldn't find anything meaningful!

Nice things to buy. So many things to pick from. Wonderful store!
However, one of the things I paid for were not included with the bag I brought home. The cashier said she was going to put the small order in a paper cover so it wouldn't break it. I drove to the Delaware area and drove almost 45 minutes to get home. I realized it wasn't in the bag when I was home. I went over to go in the Grove City area to show them what had happened with the receipt. They could not fix it what I missed. Bummer. Only $6.99 to buy a cute earrings set. But I don't think I will back to one in Delaware to get back in there for a long drive. Too far from today!

The only two times I've been here, the cashier rang up a sales item at full price. The first time, I told her it was on sale and she insisted it wasn't, so I just let it go even though I knew I was right because that was the only reason why I even went in the store. Then the second time, she admitted her mistake and said that she can't keep up with the sales because they change every week. So... she already knows that she can't keep up with the new information every week, but still refused to double-check her work when I pointed out her mistake the first time. How many weeks have to go by before you start using the sales sheet that every other cashier uses? Or was it intentional to get your sales average up? So annoying. She didn't even apologize. I'll just go to Joann's and Michael's from now on.

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for yet the staff member was able to find me something similar that would would work. I was very pleased.
The cashier lady on the other hand though had absolutely no emotion even after saying hi. I hope she was just having a bad day and tomorrow is a different story for her.
