Bought a bunch of clothes for my kids for vacation last month - they were WAY too wide. Came to return 2 shirts today (with tags and receipt) - ONE DAY outside the 30-day return window and they wouldn’t give me a refund, store credit, exchange - NOTHING! Now I’m stuck with a bunch of worthless crap (I didn’t even try to return the ones they ripped the tags off before trying on) and honestly will never shop there for my kids again.

This was the coldest and most ridiculous store experience I have ever experienced. My daughter was gifted some clothing items from her Aunt online and we just needed to exchange for 1 size bigger. All the items were brand new, tags intact. They refused and said I needed a customer account and the email for the person who baught them...can't retrieve that info as that Aunt is out of the country for an extended period. I can't even reach her on the phone. I am so disappointed.

I shopped here a few days ago and while I was checking out the girl behind the counter kept pulling her phone out to text while ringing me out. Normally I wouldn't care, but the fact that she forgot to put two articles of clothing that I handed to her in my bag upset me, especially because I didn't realize this until I came home. I dont remember her name, but her conversation was more important than helping me and now I don't have my clothes I purchased for vacation.

I normally love Hollister but I got two pairs of jeans and I can’t exchange them for a size that fits because they were gifted to me without the tags I’m very disappointed
