Pretty awful honestly. We needed some hep from an associate to look for something out of stock, he told us to check another display nearby and then just sort of wandered off. Asked another employee for help, she just smiled and then ignored me. Better off ordering online than coming to this store, don’t waste your time

Very rude service. Took forever to get help and when you get them they are not knowledgeable and rude on top of it. It's almost like they are suspicious of being robbed that they are preemptively rude. Go to a different location at least.

I measured. Carbed. The house. Which I always. Change in this company. But this time. They measured it in a way that led to an increase in the measurement and when I asked the person in charge of the floors he said I don't know and I don't have an answer to your question if you want to go to someone who asks you for a lower price and he didn't care if I went to another company as if there was no one else

Went to home depot to get a few things everything we going well because I was finding the aisles off the website which was very helpful but I couldn't find a C1 aisle so I ask two employees at the self check out one employee so no. So I asked the other employee and she said you heard her no then laughed as I walked away. Very unprofessional and rude.

The employee that helped me was great! There was a guy that I am going to say was loss prevention that was to the point of stocking me. He was every where I went and was hiding just to step out right in front or beside me. Please, I work hard for what I want. The second thing is I waited in line and after 5 minute conversation about cash or card and me explaining paid with my phone. Tap to pay he says oh yeah credit is fine.!! Then I go to tap and find out it is not accepted!! Wait..what!! Went to customer service and she was oh yea we don’t offer that. Well..:thanks for wasting my time! I will not return!! Ever!!!

Went to the store on 08/31/24 to purchase a new front entry door. Associate entered order as a Security door instead of a front entry door. Install estimate cost $40.Was told installer would call within 3 days which they did on 09/04. Installer wanted to set up a time to measure for a Security door I told him it was supposed to be a front entry door, he said he would have to have another installer call for thar measurement. I did not receive another call until 09/10 at 3:00 pm. The morning of 09/10 I went back to the store and canceled the measurement and entire order!!! I went to Lowes immediately after that , picked out a door there and was told there was $0 measurement fee!! The Lowes installer called me on 9/11 and set up a measurement appt. Obviously Lowes was much easier to work with and much more efficient than Home Depot. I will continue to shop at Lowes for any other purchases rather than Home Depot!! Home Depot is only 3 minutes from my home but Lowes is 6 miles away, but I trust Lowes much more!!
