I paid $80 for a delivery of lumber. Left to take a sick dog to the vet and the wood was delivered when I was gone. After talking with the driver and giving her instruction as to where to unload the wood, I thought we were all set. I was wrong. I came home and the delivery was left on the side of my driveway in a water runoff from the yard. I'm sure there will be excuses about trees or something else. I have had semi delivery and had no problems with trees or the turn-around that is 15 feet further down the driveway If you have Home Depot deliver, BE THERE. IT IS ONLY A WINDOW FROM 6am to 8pm. We all have 14 hours we can spend waiting for them to show up when they "have time." Should have rented a truck and had friends help. Now I have to spend the afternoon moving wood. One of the racist jerks who works here told my friend (who is Asian and was born in the US, not that is should matter) that the white washing machine was a "special white, an American white...made in Tennessee." You should do some extra training with your employees, and you should fire your racist employees. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

This store has the WORST customer service. I returned a firepit on 10/22/21 and have yet to be reimbursed. I went to this store on 4 occasions to speak with their customer service and Manager and have yet to receive a refund. This store does not care about their customer!!!

Delivery was horrible. The person didn’t install our dishwasher correctly! Forgot to or just plain didn’t want to take the plug out so water can drain! Didn’t put the water proof tape on the washer machine so we have a water leakage!! Customer service gives you the run around like it’s no ones buisness! When you buy overpriced appliances you expect them to work! Thankful my husband fixed the issues!

This store has lost my buisness!!! I would give them no stars if possible. First, we picked out appliances in July told they would be in by the time we closed on our home in October. As Maury says, that was a lie. And yes I understand the state of the world but communication & good customer service is key, and they have neither! Second, when they finally arrived & delivered whoever brought them was suppose to set up, test to make sure they work & take the trash...we'll delivery did not test the dishwasher because they left a plug in so it wasn't draining! Thirdly they did not put Teflon tape around the washer connectors causing some water behind the connectors on the wall to have a leak...getting good help with employees that know what they are doing is a hot commodity now a days! Customer service was no better. I was told to call one number that transferred me to another number that yet again transferred me to another saying call this other number monday!!!! Thankfully my husband was able to fix these issues! He even pulled the frig out to make sure that was connected right!! They are a horrible place & unfortunately I shouldn't have been paid set up fees for the trash job they did. Not to mention them not even putting in my microwave for whatever reason!

You'll be hard pressed to find an associate with a smile on their face. And if you come near closing time, you'd better have your running shoes on. Right at closing time they turn off the light, go down to one register, and only leave one door open for you to get out. It feels like they are pushing hard for consumers to do online shopping and to stay out of their store. As a contractor who is in HD no less than 10 times per week, I've seen a definitive decline as a whole in their customer service and this location is definitely leading the pack.

3 guys showed up to deliver my dishwasher, neighbors witness them drop it out of the truck. Then they broke my water shutoff valve. Week later a plumber came out and fixed that. A week later the guys came out to finish the install just to find the thing is broken coming out of the box. They followed that up with telling us we had to wait lit Monday to talk to anybody that can help fix this. By then two different departments contacted us without any solutions other than booking us another install date two weeks later. We accepted that then the very next day we were told that somebody on their end cancelled THAT appointment for reasons unknown. So we canceled the order and asked for a refund only to be told that can only happen once the new/broken dishwasher was picked up from our house...in two more weeks. Done w them.

Terrible never buy an appliance from them!! Ordered dishwasher, paid for install and take Rolf away. DID not do this and refused to give my Money back when I complained and brought it back!!!

My good friend purchased a fridge and purchased a warranty. She has been with out a fridge for over 35 days! Home depot is blaming it on LG and Lg has no response. A good customer service would do something to help, not pass the problem off. Don't sell a warranty if you can't hold up to it. It was a expensive fridge and top it off the warranty was not cheap. I will not shop home depot any more. This is poor customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT OR BUY THEIR CRAP EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.

The reason I give this store high marks is because they are incredibly flexible when it comes to returns. If something breaks and you don't have original packaging, not a problem they will help you out. Because of this, we tend to make most of our large purchases here as we know we are covered If something goes wrong. Aside from returns, they usually have everything in stock and check out is a breeze. They have a decent plant selection in the summer as well as all sorts of mulch, bricks and outdoor needs. My only complaint is it's very busy so plan wisely during COVID time.

Great amazing service have everything I need I'm building a patio in the back of my house they gave me good prices for the wood nails screws and even the machines are used anytime I want to build something this is where I would go all the time

Every time I come to this store, I can always find a clerk or associate who is so extremely helpful. I've always received the best advice and encouragement about home and lawn projects I'm thinking about. For example-- my lawn has never been greener following the Home Depot workers advice!! And that's after ten years of paying and listening to lawncare companies. I'm so much happier after listening to the Home Depot associates. Thanks guys!

Dont shop here. The workers were rude, they would not honor a valid promotion, and was put on hold, then hung up on while trying to contact a supervisor for my issue. You no longer have my buisness and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. Very poor customer service.

Overall, 3 stars Tool Rental 1 star Trying to get these people on the phone is impossible. I called today to inquire about a tool rental, was transferred twice, then the 3rd time I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, only to have them come back and put the phone down so I could hear the conversation with the person in the store. After that they never picked up and I could hear a guy complaining about the customers and some website. I stayed on the line and was eventually hung up on.
