Lies, inconsistencies, lack of communication, misrepresentations, unprofessionalism and lack of organization are the only words that come to mind when describing this organization. For example: if life was a desert Homeport is quicksand without a rope and anchor. They tell you in your community to reach out to them; just for you to be judged, ignored or bombarded with excuses. Possibly all three.

I don't think they are operating anymore. I have called and left several messages and no return call. I went to the location and it tells you to call and make an appointment but as I stated before they do not return your call.

Lease option tenant here. Homeport why haven't we been able to purchase are homes yet? You had us live in these bad areas with the promise to buy and now the areas have improved you shut the doors on us. Brenda moncrief you been working at homeport for many years and your getting paid to help ripoff us all off. We need to all get together and expose homeport for not selling us our homes. We don't even get maintenance anymore

Spoke to a Josh Martin, asset manager there at Homeport. Terrible disposition and very controlling narcissistic personality did not feel comfortable with speaking with him at all. Not recommend dealing with a management company that has no customer service skills!!

HomePort is a very respectful place they will help you trying to find a rental they will help you with trying to purchase in the house they will help you with your credit there are so many things that HomePort can offer and do for you if you haven't checked it out and you're trying to purchase a house or even need just find a rental you may have a foreclosure they can help you with home modification you need to get with these people they know what they're doing thanks again HomePort for helping me? they even have classes to help you picks up the homes you already have a great place??

I feel like I have a slum landlord. They collect the rent and do not make repairs timely; I have been waiting for 17 years for my front door to be fixed. And I have the same carpeting that I had when I moved in 25 years ago.

Homeport and their partners should of been investigated a long time ago!!! They are building poorly built homes and they are stepping all over existing residents to do it. We all need to come together with these complaints so we can get something done about it. There's nowhere in the state of Ohio where we can turn to for help with this bad non profit because they are too busy protecting them instead of insuring they are in compliance for the millions of tax dollars they keep receiving for this project. I am starting a fb group if anyone would like to help by voicing their concerns there. It's called Homeport ( non profit) complaints . This place needs to start being held accountable.

We never had anything to do with Homeport until they took over all the lots in our area that should of went to the residents who had been taking care of them for years. They built up the land on a lot next to our home and every since we have had very bad flooding issues that are now causing us soil damage and structural damage to our garage. The home they built is not being held to compliance standards and Homeport refuses to accept responsibility for anything. IF YOU HAVE HOMEPORT ISSUES PLEASE LOOK UP A FB GROUP THAT WAS JUST STARTED CALLED "HOMEPORT NON PROFIT COMPLAINTS ". . We need to do something about this non profit before they hurt anymore of the people in our area. Ohio agencies are only protecting these people .

Stuck around took all the classes was working on the lease to own optionsFaced adversity in the crime ridden area. Did my best to maintain the home. All while the home is falling apart on me and my children . One night a fire started while sleeping. They didn't do a complete repair half of the electrical downstairs was out. Bathroom always leaks one time flooding the entire 1st floor and they blame the children that they placed into a 20 year old home that needed a complete Remodel. Basement floods horribly during the rain. Nothing they will do about the recommendation of placing the dirt on the side of the home to keep it leveled.Finally my daughter was shot in the home not much Homeport can do. These homes are in bad areas. I asked for a fence offered to pay for it. 2 property managers ago denied it. Just hoping that they wake up and realize that they are truly putting families in danger. Leaving them in the hood. Not allowing any upgrades to the property. Gate keeping on patrol for CPD in the area.

Hello Homeport what's going on with these lease option homes? We should be a the home buying process by now it's been past time. Have we been lied to about these homes? I know those linden homes sold for under $60,000 about two years ago. The price of rent is getting to high and people are ready to start the home buying process. Let us know something.

I have questions about the lease option. The homes are or should be ready for purchase after year 16 so what's going on with homeport. Nobody is in the office anymore you don't call anybody back. What is going on? I'm about to call 10tv to see if they can help investigate what's going on with these lease option homes. Is what you told us a lie about these homes? Because I see more people beginning to question about these homes? Homeport is steady constructing new apartments but nobody is talking about these homes?

My mom has been a resident for 17 years. The previous management company was terrible and there was much hope when Homeport took over.Sadly Homeport is FAR WORSE.My mom who has NEVER missed a payment in 17 years has been eligible for purchase for two years plus and ALL she gets is the runaround.This organization is willing to throw a big fine ($50) for having grass 1/2 inch higher than it should be but yet my moms oven has been BROKEN for five months and nothing has been done. I could write a Novel. The only reason why my mom stayed this long is for the reasons of purchasing this home and Homeport is preventing this from happening.More importantly my Mother is Diabetic and MUST bake most of what she consumes. HOMEPORT DOES NOT CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!That’s only a tiny portion of the lack of responsiveness my mom gets. This organization is supposed to be all about helping lower income, minorities, and the elderly however I will tell EVERYONE they will do the exact opposite.Do not take part any other programs.You will regret it

The only experience I can offer is that I went there to receive my Covid shot @ the medical building. Arrows were placed at the entrance to lead you to the designated area. The whole process was smooth from sign-in to exit. (15 minutes)
