We go in there all the time but the workers there are handycap offensive 🙄 😒
They keep talking about my mother like she isn't blind even though she is.
They give her wrong sizes of clothes when she asks for help. Whisper about her stealing even to we always pay and are really polite.
I swear if they keep it up.
Corporate will know.

Outstanding experience. I needed to swap out 2 shirts that were too small for my daughter. Ana and her coworker were amazing. Great customer experience. They returned the items and ordered the right size off their website and shipped them to my house. In a time where mediocre service is expected I was taken aback by the differentiated experience I received. Great job!

Mars helped us fine tune our selection of jewlery and even went above and beyond to track down a very specifc nose ring for my partner. It had to be an 18 gauge so that it would fit my girlfriends nostril. We had a 20 gauge and were deadset on the design, but the size concerned us due to shrinkage of the piercing itself. We looked everywhere and simply could not find the matching assortment.
She came over, offered her help and feedback, gave us some to choose from in a similar style. And then, voila. She had found the corresponding nose ring on the other of the pillar where they're housed. We ended up walking out of that store with more merchandise at the checkout than we planned. Promote or give that Woman a pay-bump. Because I am stingy with my money. I'll be back for Christmas shopping and I already know I'll probably find exactly what I'm looking for. Hot Topic is apparently back on the menu.

Went to use Hot Cash that expires soon for an in store pickup since I live a distance from the closest Hot Topic, just recieved an email that the item that was listed in stock was canceled. Somewhat disappointed in this experience since this store usually is stocked well, and now my Hot Cash is useless

Very Rude, workers thought we were gonna steal and a bimbo employee stood staring at me trying on outfits and stared at my family while they looked around the store. So unprofessional take your business elsewhere don’t support trash
