Cathy B. has been our tax preparer for nearly a decade now and we still go back to this location even though we live nowhere close to Grandview. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in all things taxes related. We will always use her and HR Block for our taxes.

I have never experienced such a great as I did today with Mr. Boyd he is the sweetest man ever I recommend everyone to go see him to go get there taxes done he has the most patience ever and is kind and helpful I will definitely see him again and again thank you Mr Boyd for helping me and my son.

I had my 2022 taxes prepared with H&R block. There was an error made which resulted in me owing an additional $600 in taxes and fees that I did not know about until I received a letter from the Regional Income Tax Association. H&R Block then refused to pay for the taxes I owed. I guess I can somewhat understand that but it's just horrible customer service in my opinion to be like, "Oh yea sorry we messed up but yea you still have to pay $600... Good luck!" As a result of the error, I filed for a service fee refund i.e. I simply want my money back for the service. I paid for a service, H&R block screwed up that service, so naturally I want my money back for said service. It's been over 8 weeks and my service fee refund is still "In Process." Nobody has been willing to help me resolve this issue. "Company policy" is all I get. I will never be doing business with H&R Block again and I highly encourage you, if you're reading this review, to never do business with them as well.
