Mr. Nahn and his team replaced my front control arms, sway bar, front struts, and an ABS sensor that was missing on my 2012 Mazda 5. He provided photos and videos of all of the work both before and after. His pricing is fair. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly auto repair.

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr Nahn (who my family calls Uncle Nahn because of how helpful he has been over the last 2-3 years). I first brought my used 2012 VW Jetta TDI (diesel engine) to Nahn because my car was having electrical issues and my engine light persistently came on. I’ve had engine issues with the glow plugs since I got this car in 2018 and the dealership would replace a glow plug every single year but never all at once, which I found idiotic. Nahn identified several parts needing repair causing my car to fail to start and function. The diagnostic fee was a couple hundred dollars alone but I put my faith in Mr Nahn and his honest demeanor. He also found the same glow plugs since issues and replaced all of them at once. He also noted I had a catalytic converter issue and a few other things I know nothing about. Bottom line, here’s why I have always returned to this shop: He said while my car has several issues, he quite literally refused to repair all of them with the following reasoning: 1) he was concerned about how expensive it would be for me - I am a student at OSU 2) he said the repairs compared to the value of my car don’t make sense to spend that much money 3) he respected that I only needed the car for a few more years so would repair whatever necessary to get those few years, thus it wasn’t necessary to rebuild everything. I had never encountered a mechanic so honest and empathetic. He doesn’t do this job to get rich. He does it because he clearly loves it. He’s a straight shooter, and I’ve witnessed him give the same attention and care to other customers while I would wait in the waiting area. If you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic (especially for European cars), who will not buckle and dime you, bring your cars here. He doesn’t guarantee to fix all your problems, but my experience with him does guarantee that he cares about you and your vehicle and will do what he can, within fair reason, and at a fair price.

Mr Nahn is the man, Understands how a car works and how to fix them. Practically built me a new car. He takes short videos of what needs fixing, what parts he used then when they're finished being repaired. He's my new mechanic from here on out.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner and his auto repair shop. In a field of work that has a reputation for unscrupulous dealings, they have proven themselves on 4 occasions to be honest, and uncompromising in quality of work and parts, & 100% transparent ( sharing photos, videos, and may even take you into the shop to show you the bad part they replaced, and the newly installed part ). Hudson Imports is exemplary, and deserve your business.

I’m not one to typically leave a review, but my experience with this shop was so great I felt compelled to. They were very reasonable with their estimate, gave me updates along the way and did a fantastic job on the repairs (and with a fast turnaround). I will 100% be bringing my car back here for any future repairs. Can’t say enough nice things about this shop and the people who run it.

Great experience. My college student is over 2 hrs from us and had issues with her car. Hudson Import Automotive got her in, diagnosed the problems, proceeded to send pictures of the codes and videos of what they found wrong. They reassured us that the car would be fixed and re-evaluated prior to her picking it up. Was very impressed with the service and the timely manner in which it was taken care of.
