The service center is HORRIBLE. I hardly ever leave reviews but my experience was awful. It took two days short of a month for Honda to fix my suspension and give it back after a pothole accident. First, they replaced the rear beam but didn’t check the alignment and still sent it to the collision shop saying it was fixed and done. My vehicle was sent back to have additional work fixed so I can have an alignment done (that was my main issue). After it being with them for weeks, I got it back and was given a paper showing the alignment was correct. Well, my steering wheel was crooked and the vehicle was pulling left bad on the freeway. I took it back to the collision shop and they sent it somewhere else to have the alignment checked and the front alignment was NOT properly aligned. That shop actually fixed my issue like it was nothing. I’m not sure if the service employees here are just undertrained or lazy but this whole process was ridiculous and unprofessional. They don’t check their work or test drive vehicles apparently.

Ashton Mescola and Ryan Six was fantastic Spent time to fully explain our options. They had multiple cars pulled up to test drive and do side by side comparisons. Ashton very knowledgeable about all the new car functionality she was awesome

Jose Echeverria is super helpful. His laid back style makes shopping for a car less stressful unlike pushy salesmen. People usually buy cars because they want to not because of a pushy salesmen. Jose works at the used car lot.

Wanted to charge 2 hours of labor for a service bulletin that specifically says its 0.4 hours. Took the parts and did it myself, at least they did not charge me for the inspection.

Unreal. I've never visited a dealership service center where the associate working there wants what's best for your situation. Ever. I can't say that enough. Bailey in the service center is above and beyond who you would want to manage your vehicle. Off the bat I only needed an oil change. Had a coupon and he gave me a better deal because Christmas coupons were getting sent out and asked me to keep mine for later. Then he proceed to point out that I obviously didn't need any other services or parts because it's still only 20k miles on my Accord.. Was honest about how he wouldn't ask to change auxiliary parts just to sell, he will suggest when the driver actually needs the maintenance. Not to mention, the end price was still $20 less than estimate. Who is this guy?? I asked for suggestion on my rims' road rash and again guided me to who to reach out to. Thanks much Bailey. Wife and I will be back until our Hondas die 🙏🏼

I wish I could give negative ratings. This place sold me a car last winter KNOWING I am disabled and that was the last of my savings. I spent $4500 down on a vehicle that didn't even survive a year and spent more than half of the time I owned it in the shop. Take your money somewhere they won't scam you like this place does. I thought because it was a big dealership I was safe, but boy was I wrong. I now have no choice but to voluntarily surrender the vehicle because they sold me a scrappy vehicle that doesn't run and a warranty for $2k extra that doesn't cover ANYTHING worth a damn. I hope this place is happy with ruining my credit and essentially scamming a disabled person out of $4500.

From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car - not just making a sale. My salesmen (Ray and Tree) were knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer my questions, walked me through features of the car, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
The entire team—from sales to finance—worked efficiently and respectfully, making the paperwork quick and straightforward. They also offered fair pricing and were upfront about everything, which I truly appreciated. Hugh White Honda is honestly one of the best Honda dealerships in Central Ohio. The sales team was great, and Ashton Mascola really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value for our trade-in, handled the loan application quickly, and had us in our new vehicle in under three hours. Her customer service is top-notch, and I’d definitely recommend working with Ashton for any future car deals.
The rest of the staff, including the finance manager, were friendly and never pushy. They explained everything clearly and tried to help without forcing anything on us. Overall, it was a very good experience. Their trade-in appraisal was fair, and the out-the-door pricing on our new Honda was straightforward. Highly recommended.

I bought a used 2024 Honda Civic from their used car dealership in December 2024. I traded in a Toyota Corolla at the same time. The next day I realized I had left my EZ Pass toll transponder in the Corolla we had traded in. I called and was told that they had it and to come in and get it. When I went in to get it, the person I talked to said they had actually thrown it out. I trusted this was the case and did not make an effort to find my old account information to deactivate it. Now, a year later I noticed my credit card was charged to replenish that transponder. It turns out, it has been used for holiday travel starting in December 2024 all the way until now in November 2025. To the employee that stole the transponder and travels on the PA Turnpike for Christmas and Thanksgiving: you are a gross human being and good luck getting home from Thanksgiving on the toll roads. I will never take my business to Hugh White dealerships again.
